Issue I've had on my iPhone and my wife's iPhone:

1. signal bars drop randomly causing dropped calls - both phones
2. Random calendar dates got reshuffled. Some events moved one day ahead. Fixed when re-synced.
3. I have all my phone numbers stored with area code prefixes. When dialing a phone number without a prefix the person's contact photo would come up, now it doesn't - both phones
4. Contact photos got reshuffled and can't be restored to original condition requiring manual recreation of each contact photo - my phone
5. Bluetooth volume on Apple earpiece is nearly inaudible now - my phone only! Tried syncing with wife's phone and it was fine. Will be taking to Apple store
6. Random Wifi slowdown or total disconnect issues - both phones
7. Black screen when home button is pressed - both phones
8. Mail messages often still show up unread after they have been opened. (gmail & .mac)
9. Deleted messages come back to in box on occasion (gmail & .mac)

Anyone know where to download 1.1.2 and how to revert to it? My wife is pissed I "upgraded" her iPhone.

Interesting.....I posted a couple of glitches a couple of days after updating to 1.1.3 after MWSF and got completely jumped on by some forum members and now it seems there's a lot of people experiencing bugs with this particular update.

I'd like for those idiots to come out and apologise now !

Love the new update. Everything is working very well except that I have noticed that once in a while a caller who has a custom ringtone rings with my default.

So since updating to 1.1.3 I've slowly gotten the feeling that this may be the most glitchy update I have dealt with from apple for nearly any one of their products. It seems that they completely skipped their testing. The fact that halfmy Bluetooth connections don't work, the phone occasionally tells me the battery is dead for a min when it really has 25% left. These are just the most annoying problems. Wish I had just kept my jailbroken 1.1.2. Anybody else having similar feelings?

No because I went from jailbroke 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 with zero of these issues.

1.1.3 is great, no problems.

No reason for anyone to apologize because the majority, overwhelming majority, have absolutely no problems.

The question is not 'What did Apple do wrong?", the question is what did YOU do wrong.

1.1.4 couldnt come soon enough for me either...

I feel like Im not enjoying my phone. Most of it is because of the stupid SMS bugs. I dread getting SMSs now when Im in the middle of things. Its ridiculous.

I just got my iPhone on Saturday, so it was 1.1.2 out of the box with an immediate upgrade to 1.1.3.

I'm having Safari crash on me on a fairly regular basis, and this morning Mail was crashing on me repeatedly while trying to do a "Reply All" to an email. The last glitch was this afternoon when I tried to add a photo of someone to their contact file and was using the "Take picture now" feature. It was crashing out every time. I ended up having to take a regular picture and then add it in like that.

i had alot worse battery life with the 1.1.3 update...along with when listening to music and trying to text it would freeze, still play music, but freeze for like 15 secs. also didnt like how the mail worked. i downgraded and like jailbroken 1.1.2 last nite, much better as of now.

Yeah, even the first two updates were about a month apart. I think the least amount of time I ever saw updates close to each other was with the iPod Classic. I think it was 3 weeks or so in between two of the updates.

I think Apple must know by now how many users are having problems with 1.1.3. The responsible thing on their part would be to get cranking on fixing these issues and release another update ASAP. But I agree, it probably won't happen until the SDK release.

Downgrading back to 1.1.2 is looking better and better...

1.1.3 has messed up my album art!

I just taken alot of my music off to make room for some vids/podcasts and noticed that the remaining album art work has been completley messed up.

Now i have the wrong art with the wrong tracks/albums and the few tracks that I didn't have artwork for it just stuck whatever it wanted there. Also left others displaying the default blank where previously I had cover art.

It has made Coverflow totally useless to me. :(

Anyone else had this?

Probs will diva restore and reload the lot and see what happens.

I notice that even after several full restores, this update hurts my battery life much more than 1.1.2. If the phone is completely charged before I go to bed (bluetooth and wifi turned off), its down to about a 60% charge 7 hours later.

Looking in the Apple Discussion forum, it appears others are having this same issue with the update.

UPDATE: I let my battery completely die. When it got to 20%, I put a movie on to kill the battery ASAP. Once the phone would no longer power up, I connected it to my wall charger and then restarted the phone when the power indicator showed up. Since then, my battery life has GREATLY improved.

1.1.3 VERY buggy for me on iPod Touch

Since upgrading to 1.1.3 with the new apps, my Touch has been very buggy:
1. Sometimes images load in Safari, other times not for the same page, you get the blue "?" box
2. Randomly get "Safari....Cannot Connect To Server" when trying to access a site, but can call up another site and connect, then can go back and reach the site that had the error message.
3. Stock and Weather app working inconsistently
..... and just a number of other strange issues!!!

I hardly had any problems with 1.1.2, and am hoping that 1.1.4 (or whatever the next one becomes) comes sooner than later!!!

Ive found a a couple of really annoying bugs:

1. When in the "ipod" app select "songs" and choose a music video in "songs" don't go into "videos" when its playing press the home button and click on another app and the iphone appears frozen after that for a few seconds sometimes the ipod app crashes or it just opens the app you clicked on after a few seconds.

2. Ive only had this once but my iphone was half charged and it displayed the need to plug in display like it does when its out of power i pressed the home button and it went to my home screen but im sure i missed a call because of it.

I actually like the 1.1.3 update. I can finally use internet sharing on my MBP and my iPhone actually works with it now using it's built in WiFi. This means that I can use my Sprint Broadband card and share it's 3G connection with my iPhone.

The only problem I have found is that the iPhone no longer pairs with my Garmin Nuvi 680 GPS via the bluetooth. This won't be convenient while on vacation but hopefully by then, it will be fixed.

what does this do?

help I've got to get this buggy software off my phone. I had a lovely sexy smooth running iPhone a few weeks ago yes every now and then safari restarted but other than that fine....but now it crashes on a regular basis its so slow and it won't take calls properly it rings once then hangs up without me getting near the phone if I've got another call coming in and i hang up and swap it freezes and I loose the call.
I can deal with it being slow and programs resetting but when it messes the calls up its unaceptable because at the end of the day its is first and formost a mobile phone.
Apple please sort it!!!

I just got back from a trip the Apple Store 10 minutes ago. My iPhone was acting up after the 1.1.3 update - dropped calls, calls that would go directly to voicemail without ringing, bluetooth static, crashing apps, weak wifi, etc. After explaining all the problems to the Genius he said "let's just get you a new phone." I suggest anyone having serious trouble with 1.1.3 phones do the same.

The phone he gave me is 1.1.2 and will stay that way until Apple releases a new update.

had another annoying 1.1.3 glitch today was in the middle of a call when my alarm clock went off all i could hear was the alarm tried to mute it and it dropped the call not good and have had the black freeze screen a lot lately getting more and more frustrated.
my girlfriends phone with 1.1.3 seems fine all a bit odd!!
