Mine apparently went from there to Watertown, CT in 2.75 hours hahaha. (I live in New Hartford.)
 
Wish I could get a delivery window. Mine just says by end of day. I added a "front door" leave at instruction but not sure if they will do it if a signature is required. Annoying that there is the possibility that UPS might not leave it and try again another day which wont be any different.
 
Mine arrived in Lafayette, IN from Louisville at 4:11am. Must have driven becuase there are no flight from there to here. Interesting.
But will get it today.
 
just landed in Oakland

My gold 5s just landed in Oakland at 5:22am which is 50 miles away. It says delivered by 6:00pm thursday. I wonder if it will get out today or sit around for a day in Oakland.
I just looked and the delivery date was changed to by 3:00pm today;!!!!

Sign up for UPS MyChoice (It's free) and they give you an estimated 4 hour window.

You coulda just printed the release form from your order details from apple.com and pre-sign for it.
 
My baby is only 27 miles away :D:D:D:D

If you go to the email confirmation from apple that it shipped there is also a "presign for this order" you just print that out, tell em where to leave it (front door, back, with a neighbor) and sign it. This way they will leave your phone if no one is there to sign in person.

EXCITED THAT IT IS OUT FOR DELIVERY!!!
 
MyChoice has given me no delivery window. I typically get email notices with delivery windows. I got 1 yesterday for an Amazon package that is coming today. No such email for my iPhone.
 
Tracking info now shows up as ‘Exception’ because of this:

Louisville, KY, United States 09/25/2013 5:14 A.M. The scheduled connection was missed.

No hope for an early delivery now. You had one job to do UPS.

Actually they have several million and they are succeeding on 99%+ Sorry yours was one of the exceptions. That sucks.

and they will get it to you when they said they would.

not getting it to you early does not equal fail
 
Update for those who's phone hasn't updated since the import scan in Louisville.
Just called UPS, and the phone is in Louisville. No teleportation for us. It will be available the next business day (tomorrow) for delivery or pick up.
 
Woke up the an exception on my tracking saying that my flight was delayed due to mechanical issues. I thought there was no way that it would get here in time to make it on a truck, as they usually load up the trucks and get out by 630. But at 834 is says its out for delivery. Cool deal. It will probably get here a little later though. Luckily its the same delivery guy for my home and office, and he hits my office way before my home. He said he would bring it here for me to sign for!
 
But to be clear even if it showed up a few days later i wouldn't be a crybaby like most people in here. Either way its earlier than what was promised to me. I'm excited to have it early but wouldn't be all angry and call UPS like a self entitled prick if it didn't. :cool:
