Running both 10.4 and 10.5.

Until 10.5 acquires the same images as 10.4 I won't be upgrading the home system just yet. Call me cautious. :)

10.4.11 .. 10.5.1 about to come out. iPhone firmware updates, iMac updates, MacBook Pro fixes .. them Apple engineers must be earning their pay.

Thanks to those guys and gals. :)

- Adds support for Microsoft Presenter Mouse 8000

Neat. I just picked one of these up the other day for my MBP, and it works *fantastically* with built-in Bluetooth on Leopard out of the box.

Unfortunately, forum threads here have had a lot of Tiger users who can't get it to reliably work without using the included Bluetooth-USB dongle. Now, we can *all* be happy with the mouse.

10.4.11 Server??

This is great, but where are the Mac OS X Server 10.4.11 updates??

I wanna use the new 10.5 server management apps on my Leopard client computer already!! :(

One great thing is that this list made me wonder if the Microsoft Presenter 8000 mouse is also now supported in Leopard (i never could get it working in Tiger previously) and voila! It is supported! I am very happy :)

Wow!

Safari seems snappier with the 10.4.11 update! Woo Hoo !!!

I imagine this is actually true.

The final version of Safari 3 is more responsive faster than the beta, both in load times and startup times. Yes, to be expected, but still nice.

Anyone else experiencing problems with Safari after the upgrade? Safari is just blank on my computer. No matter what page I try to access, nothing happens. When I click my bookmarks, nothing happens.

I'll check tomorrow if deleting my preferences will help.

Is Safari 3 still brushed metal within Tiger?

I won't be able to install 10.4.11 until tomorrow.

So, this means that the Mac version is out of beta, correct? They wouldn't push a beta version in an update. I didn't check too closely, but it was a final version that shipped with Leopard, wasn't it? If not, does Leopard have a Software Update for Safari today? Was this version available for download for Tiger on the day that Leopard was released?

So many questions...

Too bad no of the home computers are running Tiger. I'll be happy to install the updates to iPhoto though, mine was acting kinda funnny. Hope 10.5.1 is coming out soon since the testing seems to be going smoothly.

This is quite possibly the only update that i'll have never installed. I'm on 10.5 already. As is my wife. Come to think of it, my Girls' (2 of em) iMac is still running Tiger. I might install it yet! :p

How do you know if you have the final safari? What version number is listed?
