They are selling the 6s with apple care +for only $95. I wonder if that is even possible that its right considering the price increase to $129.99.

AppleCare+ for 6s is $99 with Apple. It's the 6s plus where AppleCare+ went up to $129.

I just canceled my T-Mobile preorder from Saturday and re-ordered it through Costco. Can't pass up $125 in Cash Cards + an accessory (even if it is cheap).

I can only speak of last year but I pre ordered my iPhone with costco and they were promising me that I would get it on launch. 2 weeks after launch I never got my phone and ended up canceling the order because I was able to find the phone at Target.

Two questions:

1). Looks like the extra $100 is only for preorders? Is that right?

2). Is the full price t-mobile phone unlocked?

I was going to wait to buy it but I might not be able to pass put he $100 Costco card

$50 mail in rebate for Verizon.

found out today Verizon has a deal where they will give you $250 towards an iPad but you must sign up for the $10/mo data share for 2 years.

Only the one purchased by Apple.
You think so? because they have both options (full price and payment plan) as separate orders.

EDIT: nevermind. Seems like they take you to the T-Mobile site to buy it. Might still be worth it. I'll just have to get them to unlock it after a few months if I pay for it outright.

Judging by previous years then yes. It will be locked to T-Mobile unless you get it full price from Apple.
But never know. You can try it and see.
You do have 2 weeks to return it for refund.

Here is their support forum talking about unlocking requirements:

I purchased my iPhone 6 on their EIP plan and had it paid off after maybe 6 months or so and requested an unlock and had no problems.
