Yep for sure. One could just place it on EIP then pay it off on your next bill.

I printed and mailed the T-Mobile order confirmation, the EIP agreement .PDF that was emailed to me and the rebate form filled out. Here's hoping all goes through. I did this for my iPhone 6 last year, but I did it all in-store and the cash card was like $25.

On a side note I did email the membershipwireless company suggesting that it would be helpful to text or email us to confirm receipt of our mailed submission and/or receipt of our actual order once T-Mobile lets them know it was processed.

Thanks so much OP for this thread, I just ordered via Costco/T-Mobile the phone thanks to you!

Regarding the rebate, I am currently on Verizon and switching to T-Mobile with the new plan, do you think I can send in the rebate form now or do I need to wait to receive the phone first and activate it first since I do not have a plan now with T-Mobile?

The rebate form says" T-Mobile service must be active at time of redemption"... Not sure if that will get in the way?

I looked on the website and there is only mention of $50 mail in rebate, Space Grey model only. I called my local San Francisco Costco as well, and the rep said they are offering the same, plus a battery charger. I guess the $100 cash card was limited.

$100 is for T-Mobile, and it's still available on the website. Different carriers have different rebate amounts.

Thanks for posting this thread and the updates.

But I have a few questions I just wanted to run by you guys:

1. I have a Costco account (on costco.com), but it seems you need to create a separate account on Costco's wireless site (membershipwireless.com or whatever). Is that correct? What threw me off was, I could click through to TMobile even though I wasnt logged in. So how would they know if they didnt even require me to log in?

2. When I created my account on membershipwireless, it didnt ask for any Costco membership number, so wouldnt this be open to anyone? You'd get a $100 Costco cash card, but still.. I dont see how they would know whether you're a member or not.

3. At the bottom of the page (link in OP), it says you'll get an accessory package AND a $25 Costco gift card? Or does the $100 Costco gift card "supersede" the $25 Costco gift card?

In any case, too good of a deal to pass up, cancelled my preorder from Saturday to take advantage of this.

Thanks

Really great question.

For me I never set up any separate account on membershipwireless. My guess is that T-Mobile shares the info with Costco about the purchase (hence that pop-up box you agree to before leaving membershipwireless' site) at some point and they match it to your Costco account info? I got a kick-back email directly from Costco thanking me for my purchase a few days after the fact and it referenced my T-Mobile order number which matched up with my T-Mobile My Account.

The way I read it is that the $100 Cash Card was from the mail in rebate and that the other goodies ($25 cash card and accessories) ship separately.

Here is what Costco sent me when I emailed them about this offer:

"Once an order has been placed it may take 3 business days for us to see any details on the order in our system. The $25 Costco Cash Card and accessory kit will ship out 2 weeks after the device is received. The $100.00 iPhone6s pre-order rebate must be printed out and mailed back in."

I bet if you have questions though you can give them a call or email them.

Thanks, Palliser.. I suppose if they have your name and address, they can match it up. Luckily our Costco membership and TMobile account are both under my wife's name.

I guess I'll wait a few days to see if I get some kind of email like you did. If I dont hear anything, I'll give them a call and update here.

Thanks again!

Looks like a decent discount offer! Too bad I only buy the "unlocked" model which come out after Thanksgiving time!

I ordered the Verizon 6s 64gb space gray at the store. I asked the manager about the $100 for Verizon, as the ad says it's $50. He said they will price match it and give me the charger which will charge the phone 2 times.

Got a T-Mobile update today!

"Thanks for your iPhone order. We anticipate shipping your order number --------- by 9/24/2015."

My account was just upgraded to "Shipped". The phone left WEST CHESTER, PA this 9:59 morning (Sunday) and will be delivered on Friday!!

Nice guys.. I'm sending in my $100 costco card form tomorrow. Still processing but since I ordered a 6s+ on wednesday, It'll probably be a while before I get shipment notification.

The price for a Verizon 64 GB iPhone 6s = $297.99, but they offer a $50.00 Costco Cash Card mail in rebate. I don't see anything there for Verizon at $129.99.

Got a white box in the mail today... Free Costco accessory. =)

edit: and the $25 cash card

All I got was my AT&T service cancelled on me, this morning! T-Mobile decided to port my number before they sent me my phone.

I had to get AT&T to unlock my 5s and then I headed over to the T-Mobile store to get a SIM. What a mess!

I received my email from Costco today (1 week later). They emailed me using the email address I have on my TMobile account, which is different than the email address I have with Costco/Membershipwireless.

So, I do believe you could still take advantage of this offer even without a Costco membership (and if you have a Costco Cash card, Costco will let you use it in their store without a membership).

I ordered last Thursday (9/17) around noon and my TMobile order has been telling me it will ship between 10/2-10/16 (6s+ 128GB RG).

I sent in my rebate the day I placed my order. But when I checked the StuartLeeRebates.com link, it says it has no record yet (and something about only being updated once every 2 weeks).

But I sent the forms via USPS Priority (without signature confirmation, because they explicitly tell you they wont accept rebate submissions that require signature confirmation) and I did see it was delivered.

I still have to send in my rebate form, and I don't have to actual wireless agreement, which is what the rebate specifies. Has anyone been able to get that? I do have the EIP agreement, but that seems like something different.

Edit: This is for T-Mobile.

So they sent my $25 GC and accessories in the mail today and I sent in the $100 GC rebate form a few days after I ordered the phone on Sept 16th. Has anyone gotten their $100 GC yet? I see that a few have received their normal accessory package.

No $100 GC yet, 12-14 weeks (outrageously long imho) is what is says on the rebate form.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this particular company that provides Coscto with their wireless business. Let's hope that they hold up their end of the bargain.

I have to say though, that the $25 gift certificate and accessories came relatively quick.
