Yep, same with horrible 14.4b1, jumped back to stable. I think I'll still wait for the stable 14.5.

I’ve also received the email and I could say it’s resolved. The only problem I have with 14.5b2 is Face ID. Face ID gots much slower on this beta.

Yup I noticed lag a couple of times with faceID. Oh well it’s bets. Better than the stutter all the time.

it related to brightness level. at maximum brightness level, iPhone has more stutter. at least it happens for me.

Not exactly. Problems caused by hardware can be corrected with software so anyone saying ”software” or ”hardware” is still just guessing. 🙂

iOS 14.5 Beta 2 seems very smooth on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. after couple of hours, I can confirm there are no stutter at all. Great!

Yes. I can confirm the closing animation stutter does not exist at all even i try to reproduce it. However, the slight stutter when scrolling in certain apps are still exist especially on latest youtube version and whatsapp chat
