So i writed.. what you think about that so we have Same chip same everything only different apps but it will be trash if 1 app causes issue.
if you disagree, at least give your opinion. As I said, I wrote that I suspect that it may be a problem with the model.

Can 100% guarantee stutter is still there on beta 5, just happened now while opening safari. 😔
The stutter that this thread is talking about is gone. This thread is specifically talking about an animation stutter when swiping up to go home from an app. It has nothing to do with opening apps.

I assure everyone else reading: THE STUTTER IS FIXED. Been over a month now without an issue and after Apple reached out and said it was fixed. I handled my wife’s iPhone today (not in beta) and immediately noticed it.

I must be seeing thing then, when opening and closing safari from time to time I’m still seeing a slight stutter, doesn’t always happen but it’s there. iOS 14.5 beta 5. 🤷‍♂️

Pleade don’t say the stutter is fixed when it’s not.

It is guaranteed fixed. I’d bet money if you show me a video of the stutter you’re seeing, it’s not related to this thread. You’re spreading misinformation and scaring people away from the fixed beta.

I just told you it’s still happening from time to time, not a big issue for me, I’m not spreading nothing, just because it’s fixed for you, doesn’t mean it’s fixed for everyone else.

And I’m telling you we’re talking about two different issues. It is fixed for everyone on beta. Everyone else here with the confirmed issue has said it was fixed. It has been fixed for over a month. Apple personally reached out to me to tell me the fix was in the beta build.

You can facepalm all you want. But your issue is not the same issue as this thread and I’m willing to put money on it.

So you believe everything apple tells you?

Just happened again now opening safari.

Not going to sit here and argue with you, if it’s fixed for you that’s great, don’t go around saying that it’s fixed for everyone.

Dude. Come on. I'm not saying you don't have an issue, just that it's not the same issue as THIS THREAD.

The fact that you're even mentioning your stutter in the same breath as "opening Safari" is proof alone that your issue is completely unrelated to the animation stutter that this thread is discussing.

Please stop.

I don't know what issue you have. But it's not related to this one.
Oh well, looks like a stutter to me, you could be right though, maybe it does have something to do with the animations 🤷‍♂️

Mainly see it when opening safari from time to time.

I hope that whatever issue you have, it is resolved in future builds.

Not that big of a issue really, rather have this terrible battery life fixed on iOS 14.5 beta 5 getting 2 hours less battery life on my 12 pro max, still finishing the day with 40/50 percent battery lol.

I have noticed the battery too! I know the beta has more analytics and logging running that accounts for some of it. But I tell you I am so happy to pay in some battery cycles for getting rid of that bug. The times where it went to the multitasking screen instead of home is when I nearly chucked the phone at the wall. When I was doing troubleshooting with Apple a week or two before the fix, I kept a log of every single stutter for 24 hours. I originally told him "about 50 times a day if I had to guess". Oh boy was I off. I recorded over 200 occurrences with timestamps and all. And I felt like it was a light day of usage for me too. Oof.

When I grabbed my wife's phone today I noticed it immediately and it brought me back to it. I was considering going to Android for a while until it was fixed lol. It drove me up the wall.
