13" MacBook & 13" MacBook Pro - Differences?

I wish they made the MacBook Pro in plastic.

I have a 17" MacBook Pro and I wish it was plastic rather than aluminum.

I just like the plastic more.


Probably worth it to get the MBP, though.
I would, anyway.

Seriously, plastic vs metal?

I mean I might pick a fiber over metal, but never plastic....

You do realize that the aluminum used in macbook pros is only a step down from aircraft quality aluminum at 99.7% pure, and the cases are machined similar to how aircraft parts, high performance automotive parts, and professional racing/ high end show car wheels are produced using CNC machines.

The case alone (well, and the outstanding screen) is worth the difference while the rest of the machine seems slightly priced higher than the norm.
