They did invent a new color lol. Starlight, the only surprise of the iPhone 13 series pro or non pro. I still don't know what it looks like but the base iPhone 13 128 gb in starlight (I have 2 tb icloud) and a clear case should go well with it. THIS IS LIKE PAYING NICKELS AND DIMES FOR A GOOD IPHONE. That's it folks until next years iPhone 14 pro max, a true upgrade.

White with a tinge of champagne (starlight), best guess until I have it in my hands and the color they should have given the pro models instead of baby blue on the pros.

I can already predict the bugs with the 13 pros:

1. Promotion limiting battery life
2. Camera features waiting for software updates to work correctly or turn on the function
3. Variable refresh rate (promotion) not coming on at all while scrolling websites
4. Overheating thanks to promotion
5. Where is the 8 gb ram for the pros???? Tab refresh will return on the pros....thanks to the cameras using ram space
6. Screen lottery
7. Where is space Grey, the color that never fails.....

Looks like promotion doesn’t need to be “activated” by the CPU. It’s more like G-Sync/FreeSync type of thing. The Screens gives to the CPU the hzs that the CPU need and viceversa, the CPU sends the images that the screen needs. I’m really looking forward to trying it in person

Order changed again.
Sierra Blue flies out - it becomes Graphite.
Why? I'm afraid that the blue border of the frame reflects similarly to the gold and silver versions. That bothers me massively.
With Pacific Blue, the frame is so dark that it's not noticeable. Too bad
Well, at least you can combine more with the sleeves in gray.
At least still pick up on the 24th in the store :)

Same here. I hate that the lighter borders of the frame show around the front of the device. With PB, they look seamless and the frame becomes part of the screen.

If you give people a finger then they'll take your whole hand. I'm with Steve Jobs on this one. He was OCD, I am OCD. Most geniuses are eccentric. Remember Steve used to replace his car whenever it got a scratch. He was all about "perfection". OCD people like myself will understand Steve.
All for people having choices. This way, more people get what they prefer instead of a few.

This is what I am most worried about getting Sierra Blue, I have only had dark phones during notch era so will the light border around phone make bezels and especially notch all that more obvious. In pre pre-order promotional videos the frame looked like it wasn’t dark but wasn’t light either so went with Sierra, now in guided tour vid the frame looks lighter than on Gold…

I’m blah about the colors too. I like the new blue but not for me. I was hoping to see more interesting colors for the pro and almost went regular 13 for the red, but at 256GB, the pro isn’t much more. I was hoping I’d like the rumored bronze. I wonder if apple has issues getting different colors in the stainless steal. It’s weird to have another blue after they seemed to set a pattern of a new color each year.

I had black/space grey since my iPhone 4 and then switched to gold for the 11 pro to do something different. I picked silver for the 13 pro bc the new gold for the 12/13 looks cheap in my opinion.

I actually really like the rim of the Gold iPhone Pro, but I don't like the back. The Gold and the White have like a pearl reflection to them that the Grey and the Blue do not seem to have. I would prefer a flat white. It's a bit of a turn off. The grey is nice, but to me it seems a bit warm, like it has a brown/yellow tint to it vs being neutral. Agree that they don't really have a hit color. I also don't really dig this two tone thing they are doing vs mono. The backs are all a different shade than the bezel.

I would say pretty boring overall. I went for the Graphite but it looks kind of cheap. However, I use a case so I really don't care.
