I had space gray pretty much this entire year after I sold my S21 Ultra. It’s a great color because you don’t think about what color phone you have.

iPhone 13 Pro 13 Pro Colors Underwhelming

At least in the renders, the gray looks like it has a tinge of green to it. Either the gray or blue in the Pro Max model looks good. Not such a big issue to me as I'm always rocking a case.
You can buy the 13 for the bright colours. The premium device should look premium!
So basically Sierra Blue looks better when there’s less light on it. A shame.
The colors on the non-pro are so bad this year (IMHO) that it seems to be an intentional move on Apple’s part to “push” more people into the PRO models. Once the initial buying wave subsides, wouldn’t be surprised if we got some “interesting” colors on the non-pro’s in the Spring (ie much like last years purple).
I really wanted to go from my current 11 (green) to a 13 mini, but I just can do it with any of the colors offered. So, I’ve got to make a decision to either go for the 13 pro (Sierra Blue…which I love), or hold on to my 11 for another cycle…or at least until the spring.

There is really no guarantee that Apple will release another colour mid-cycle for either the 13 or 13 Pro - I believe the last time they actually did that before the iPhone 12 was the iPhone 7 and Product RED. It would be a big thing to gamble on.
Maybe when the new models arrive head into the store and see the 13’s in person maybe they might look better there than on a render
Snap! I was very close between gold and sierra blue but decided to go with gold in the end; looks like you've done the same.
Seems to me the Sierra Blue is more for those who prefer a lighter colour. If it were closer to the Pacific Blue on the 12 Pro/Pro Max, I likely would have gone for it as I prefer a darker shade when it comes to blue. Glad I decided to get the Gold instead.
Same. Gold looks good. The metal sides make it you are holding a brick of gold. Usually i go black or space grey. But gold looks good.
I can't imagine who would possibly want a red phone or a red car. Someone compensating for something.
I chose my color this year based on exactly that! none of the leather cases look good with the blue (well... maybe the black cherry if you like purple).
silver/white will go with most anything including the Kate spade I'm hoping I'll be able to order if they make one for the 13!
Even the packaging on the sierra blue iPhone is drool worthy 🤤 deserves to be placed in a picture frame and hung up on the wall 💙🖼

To me... it looks more like a standard iPhone colour, than a 'Pro' model, but hey, design and colour is subjective and that's the beauty of having multiple options... in theory there should be something to suit almost everyone!

Yup, I’m also disappointed by the colours. I expected the blue to match the watch but have gone for the graphite. ☹️

I just realized I was stressing myself much too much about which iPhone color is the best to choose in recent years. In the end I even forgot which color it was while stuck in its case. The transparent cases, esp. for iPhone 12/13 look awful in my opinion - again everyone likes something else and it's good there is choice.
For me it was a very reliving realization that it's fine to stop stressing about which color option is the best as I barely ever see it. And maybe this is something others can relate to.
this year I picked the color that will look best IN A CASE since that's where it will go and all I'll see is the little camera square! black (graphite) gets lost. gold for me is nope. the blue is hard to put anything but a perfect shade of blue case (too toy like in the pink or black cherry). so silver/white it was! goes with EVERYTHING!
It does look really flat in that video, as does Graphite. From other Apple videos with non-render Sierra Blue it seems to have the metallic shine previous Pro models. So it might look different in real life. I hope at least, Sierra doesn’t look very nice and Graphite looks way nicer than on 12 Pro. 😅
