15'' MacBook Pros Shipping

I've been told that I might have to wait another 4 weeks.. now I am thinking this may not be true, but it really p*sses me off none the less. I ordered it the second I could. OK that wasn't until the 11th here, but it would have been at about 4.00AM EST in the US....

just because mine is BTO... :mad: :mad:
 
I would love a new MacBook Pro however I'm still a little dubious about the REV.A Intel products.

I am well aware that Apple more often than not bring out killer products, I just really want to hear how good they are but until there's more info and reviews about the MacBook Pro I'm going to put off the purchase for a bit.

Anyway everyone who is waiting for their new MacBook Pro I want to be jealous with post of the how good the MacBook Pro is :D

Mine was BTO, and it was still shipped out in the first batch with the other 2.0s, it just took about 10 hours to update my order status. I am in the states, but I would expect yours to be on it's way today or tomorrow. You may still receive it before the weekend. Just a guess, but not an unreasonable one.

When I checked the order status at 6 a.m. this morning
I got the "You cannot cancel your order online" message.
That usually means it has been sent into manufacturing, and I
ordered around the same time as you. SO it won't be long until it ships hopefully. :D


By the way, can anyone tell me how much time passed, after you couldn't cancel your order anymore, until your Macbook Pro shipped??? Please I am so impatient... ;)

I did have to go through a reseller, so maybe that is the reason.

Has anyone here ordered through a reseller and if so, have you received any update as to when they expect your order to arrive?
 
You know, all you posters who have ordered MacBook Pros and are sitting there refreshing your order status page continually are just sad.

But how much sadder are those of us who haven't ordered one and keep visiting MacRumours hoping to hear someone on the forum has got theirs!

Hope they get delivered soon and hope they meet everyone's expectations.

When you get the second tracking number on your order Shipment Status (not the 10 digit 80xxxxxxxx number but the 2xxxxxxxxx number), go to www.tnt.co.uk, enter the number and select the from outside UK option.

Note the second number may take a day or so to appear and the tnt info can lag a bit (and sometimes you get bits of information from completely different shipments as well!).
 
Just checked order status and I can no longer cancel my 1.83 w/ 7200RPM. Surely this must be good news that they are gathering the parts for my MacBook Pro and it should be in my hands maybe, possibly, hopefully, by Friday.

Mine shipped as well! apparently after the cutoff as usual, but should be here the 23rd!

CTO 2.0 w/ 120GB hard drive.

PS: It was originally supposed to ship on the 15th, then got pushed back to the 28th until I woke up this morning and saw it was shipped. I also noticed a hold on my CC yesterday. So there is still hope for everyone who's orders got the bump!

Try tracking them via:

TNT UK Tracking

AND this:

TNT International Tracking

The second is probably the most helpful until it reaches the UK.

You should be able to track it using the Apple 80xxxxxxxx reference number or the TNT consignment number. Just make sure you select the appropriate tracking option (Consignment number/Reference number).
 
FedEx doesn't update their tracking info often enough... mine left Ankorage Alaska at 8:48am on the 18th
it's been over 48 hours and no update.... it should be here in NYC by now.... maybe not delivered until tomorrow, but it should be here

So far its been 48 hours so dont hold your breath

Mine's on the same flight ! Does that mean it goes to Memphis and then out to us from there ??

Has anyone actually SEEN their computer yet ??
