All you need is one bad extension, bad email, or something shady on a website. If that happens, an attacker can get access to your vault that way.
Even Troy Hunt, a cyber security expert, fell for a phishing attack.
Ongoing support isn't going to prevent social engineering breaches. And I'm unaware of how a "bad extension" can compromise a password vault, or how "ongoing support" would mitigate this. Care to elaborate/provide references for this claim?
