i think this is a great way to get software and give a hand to people in need at the same time. I know people that is always downloading torrent files and copy serial numbers and doing stuff with the excuse of the high price... this is the answer to start getting more for they money. I always buy the macheist and macupdate bundles, it´s great! I really ended using more apps that I thought so... so give a try... hurry up so I can get my expresso lol

The only thing of interest to me in this bundle is WireTap Studio but I don't think I'll use it often or at all.

We're nearly at the target! :-D

I need just one more referral, so if anyone does use my link, please post so that others don't.

Thanks to whoever used my link before! :)

Edit: Thanks! I have all the referrals I need now :) Please use KeenMetal's link as he used mine.

The rate at which the funds for charity are piling up is absolutely amazing...!! Over 4400USD an hour?!? That's unbelievable. I'm guessing the goal of 500,000USD will be reached in 3 hours!!

I'm getting the package now - can't wait to try BoinxTV and Kinemac!!

Spread the joy =D

Why the negativity?

Why are so many of you negative toward this bundle? The majority of us are happy, and we are getting a bargain for the applications we want. The developers are happy because they are getting some cash for apps they "MAY" never have had sold too. I already had some, but it was worth it to score BoinxTV (WHICH IS NOT A CUT DOWN VERSION). Because of that, I got to play with Times and I love it! I am also having fun with the Chef program. So, if so many of us that are buying it are enjoying it, what are the real reasons for some of you slagging off at it?

That's the beauty of these bundles. If you only think you're going to use one app, it's still a good deal. More than likely you'll find several others that you really like.

$4,400 left for Mega-unlock! Hopefully the sales keep going and more $$$ can be raised for the charities!

Mega Unlock

For everyone who was holding out for the last mega unlock looks like its time to buy!

The marketing is done so well tracking the amount raised for charity rather than Macheist itself.

While I applaud the marketing...

I hate to be a negative nancy, but I crunched some numbers right after purchasing the bundle. It is not 25% of sales go to charity. It comes out to about 24.2% according to their automatic counter.

I just wish people would be honest in this day and age. MacHeist will never get my money again even though it's only 0.8%.

How to claim the referral apps?

Thankfully three generous souls clicked and purchased via my referral link. But how do I get the extra two apps? I'd assumed I'd get an email informing me of the extra download/key links?

Excellent Bundle

This bundle is excellent!

After getting last years, and discovering that 1Password was sensational, I will always purchase every year.

If someone told me I would have to pay $300 to keep using 1Password, I fork the money over in an instant.

These apps are professionally built, fast and very useful.

One More Referral Please!!

I am also wondering about the same thing. Does anybody know how do we download the referral bonus apps?

I have tried out a few of the apps, so far seems to be worth the money! Still waiting to try out the Delicious Library.

We do donate 25% of all purchases. The reason why the numbers are slightly deflated is because many of our customers have earned some additional discounts over the past few months, participating in and completing MacHeist missions.

Normally I see these bundles and let off a resounding "meh", but Kinemac for $39?!

SOLD. :D

WireTap Pro would also be a must have for me if I didn't already own Audio Hijack Pro, which does exactly the same thing.

Altogether a brilliant bundle imho.

Check in your loot section on the Macheist website.

It is not WireTap Pro in the MacHeist bundle; it is WireTap Studio. Audio Hijack Pro does not do the same things as WireTap Studio.

Check out this post by the president of the company that makes WireTap Studio, Ambrosia Software. It explains the differences between WTS and AHP. http://www.ambrosiasw.com/forums/lofiversion/index.php/t115926.html

Number crunching what numbers?

I hate to be a negative nancy, but I crunched some numbers right after purchasing the bundle. It is not 25% of sales go to charity. It comes out to about 24.2% according to their automatic counter.

How can you possibly "crunch numbers" when you don't even know what the "numbers" are. The bundles cost $39 for those that did not involve themselves in the missions. People paid from a minimum of $31 to a maximum of $39. There were severals games that awarded discounts ...up to a max of $8 bucks off. For example, I paid $37 because I got $2 off for completing one of the games. I missed most of the beginning missions because I was working too much.

This Last Heist has been going on for 2 months. It is not all about the bundle. If you go to the website and look at the posts in the forums you will see many if not most people have a couple thousand points -It means they have participated almost fully with the whole shebang.

Please, don't go accusing people of a rip-off before you investigate or at least ask someone! Jeez Louise! Get it? It is 25% of what was paid not $39.
