15 really slow, "wide" pushups, where each push-up last 4 seconds going up, 2 seconds down.

can I ask whether you alternate wide or close? I usually try to squeeze off equal sets of both since they stress different parts, but I've never read that anywhere so I just wonder..
Anywho.. add another 30 for me, so..

Wide works out your lats and shoulders more. Medium spacing makes da boobiez bigger.
