i did 45 during my circuit training today. sorry...couldn't do more b/c the rest of the circuit was tough. these 45 were on a medicine ball.

I've been doing "The Perfect Pushup" for the past month or so. I recommend it highly. At the moment, I've been doing three series (wide, narrow, and normal) of three sets of 14, 10, and 6 pushups - for a total of 90 pushups in a day.

So after my 90 for today, MR is up to 4564.
 
i havent done pushups in a while so i decided to test myself

Make that 4706. :p That was one of the first push ups I've ever done. :D My body is so heavily biased in favor of leg strength, I'll admit I've almost given up on ever having strong arms. :(
 
I havent posted in a few days, but with PT and what I do at home, I'm adding 200.
