Tough call on that one,but I'd have to agree..What's with the Pat's play calling today?Did they remove the screen from the playbook?I know Morris and Maroney are out,but come on..Seems like Brady's pressing to get it to Moss.. That was one exciting drive for a FG

Uhh.. he had five TD passes today. How many were to Moss? 1?

Uhhhhh,in the first half, yeah he was tryin a little too hard to get it to him.. Moss should have 2.That push off was lame..
What a no balls call by Phillips for not going for it on 4th and goal. Talk about no confidence in your offense. Your D is gassed and you give it to them? No balls. That's a perfect example of when you coach to not lose, very rarely do you win...Keep it rolling...

And props to Kevin Faulk for getting yards today when they needed them. Where is Heath Evans?

Hats off to the Pats. Nice game.

The Cowboys have hit their annual midseason slump. It's gonna be a long three weeks.

Marion Barber is an absolute beast..What a truck..Some of those stiff arms he threw

And yet Julius is still the starter...

I am starting to see why, however. That explosive power he brings to the team wears out over time.

Another thought on the game: the Pats did exactly what the Cowboys did to the Bears. They wore the defense down, and by the end of the game, the only real force between Brady and the end zone was turf.

Yep.That's that the trademark Pat's drive.Even if you get a FG,chew up the clock and keep the D on the field. The Dallas front seven was gassed early in the fourth..

How long before TO starts to pop off? He looked very frustated in that post game press conference..

I've been traveling all day and missed every game except the Saints an Seahawks which are on right now.

Biggest play of the game is the arial camera coming down on the field and delaying the game for 15 minutes.

What was the best game of the day?

Could be the problem:The Jet's braintrust

Hahahaha! I have no comeback for that. Well played sir, well played.

Yeah, the timing is right. Let's get our future QB ready.

He's been ready since the 4th quarter of the Raven's game.... you know the one where McCariens dropped 2 balls that could've went for touchdowns?

Well, at least I can say I was at the one game the Jets won (barely) this season.

The jersey I just don't get at all - the NFL women's ones in white and pink. Why on earch does someone want their team's star player but in pink so no-one knows what team you support? The Ray Lewis jersey in pink just looks wrong

They make them so they can get a jersey to match their pink hats.

Gotta love Rodney Harrison in the locker room after the game talking about T.O.'s note on his locker and the "getcha popcorn ready"

Harrison said "that's some humble popcorn"

lol

Yeah,I'm surprised opposing players haven't realized that trash talking during the week, works in reverse for the Pats..Time and time again,it's come to bite opposing players on the ass....

Even with the bad call (or is it a non-call if it was overturned?) against Owens (who was very clearly pushed out, yet again), the Cowboys still would have lost. They still gave up too many big plays in the secondary, leaving guys wide open and untouched in the middle. Apparently having Newman back didn't help as much as I had hoped.

At least Romo only gave up one INT this week. ;)

The Pat's long sustained drives didn't help the Dallas D either. That front 7 was gassed early/mid fourth quarter.. Still trying to figure out how Marion Barber wasn't tackled for a safety  I think every Pat's defender had a shot at him,lol...

I can't believe the 'Skins gave that game away. JC and Cooley looked great, but Portis and Moss just killed the O w/turnovers and dropped balls. The injuries to the O line didn't help either, but that didn't seem to become a real factor until later after the 'Skins had totally shot themselves in the foot. The D played a solid game as well. Argh, such a frustrating game to watch.

Lethal

Oh, it wasn't just the 'Skins.... The Pack tried to give that game away, they just weren't as good at it.

I do agree that it was a frustrating game to watch... It's almost like both teams wanted to lose...

Great game by NE, and a fun game to watch. I think the Pats are the best team in the league, and not by a small margin.

That said, Dallas impressed me a lot more yesterday than in beating the Bills last week.

The thing is that the official didn't call a force out, and you can't review that. So the review showed he only got one foot in, and that was the call the official had to make.

Also, I've been being amused by Cowboys fans on sportsline who are bitching that the Pats "ran up the score" when they gave the ball to Eckel at the end of the game and he ended up running it in for a touchdown. lol.
