Seriously, I haven't seen them this year. I did watch the Lambs and they are pretty bad. The Chargers are going to go 0-2 also. They don't look sharp at all and LT looks like he's lost a step.

Yeah. Why he got this gig I'll never know. He sucked as a Skin and Raider and now as a Charger. He's squandering the talent of a pretty good team who's window of opportunity is closing fast.
Why he continues to get head coaching gigs in the NFL is still a mystery. He must have pictures on somebody..Honestly,with the talent on that team,they should be showing more than this...

Every year, someone says this about the worst team in the NFL. And as always, the answer is, "not in a million years." The very best college programs send a handful of guys to the NFL each year. The Bengals, bad as they are, are still 53 guys who made the NFL, some of whom are actually pretty good. It would be a blowout the likes of which would make college games under the BCS look sportsmanlike.
Gotta say, I've been calling that all off season. I openly laughed at everyone who had a #1 fantasy pick because everyone felt compelled to take LT, but the guy is a 29 year old running back with a fat contract and his best season 2 years in the rearview. It didn't take a football guru to see this coming.

Plus he seems to get hurt a lot... or he has a low threshold for pain, one or the other. He's out again today. He pulled himself out of the division championship game last year. He's like Vince Young but not as nutty.

The referee blew the whistle before the ball was recovered, therefore ending the play. Anything that happens after that didn't actually happen.

The whole game has screwed the pooch. The game clock won't work. The replay doesn't work. The game clock was doing strange things at the end there (the camera was zoomed in as it went from 5 to 0 three times!). Plus those two terrible calls... two of the worst calls I have seen in years.
And Dick Endberg sounded lost half the time. Didn't know how much time there was, called the wrong names... wow.
Yeah I know,I saw the play..If it's a fumble,it's a live ball..Talk about a quick whistle..

How the hell did Andrea Kramer score the Madden gig? She seems to have to read everything she does during the show and doesn't come off as a fan of football. I sorta like Pam Oliver and most of the chicks that do the college games. But the Madden show has always seemed to have a weak link down on the field.

Ed Hochuli should be fined and suspended for what he did today. But as usual, I'm sure the NFL will do absolutely nothing. That was one of the worst jobs of officiating today I've ever seen.

********. He made one bad call. Humans make mistakes.. blame the NFL for having that dead ball rule to begin with. Hochuli is still one of the best.

Uh, TWO. The second play when the guy was down and stripped of the ball... he called that a fumble. Plus they called as so many ticky-tack penalties that I thought it was a Raiders/Skins game!
