He hit the 2-run home run, singled, and got the winning run in to position for Young in the 15th. Got on base 4 out of 5 at bats. He had the highest WPA of all players (.583) followed by Sherrill (.460).

I love how Red Sox fans think this is a huge dis on us Yankee fans.

a) All Star Game MVP doesnt mean jack

and

b) Yankee players didnt play long enough to qualify for MVP
