Even though I don't think this was on purpose it makes me so happy to know that everyone up north is all pissed off about it.
The announcer is "enraged" - Are ya? Are ya really?
I have a tough enough time getting my middle finger to stick up in a good pair of ski gloves let alone a hockey glove. But, maybe his are more broken in.

You honestly can't tell me you're really surprised he doesn't shoot or hit. He hasn't done either in all his years in Toronto. Boston knew exactly what they were getting when they made the trade.
Come on man, it was on purpose. He tried to wiggle out of it in his post-game interview, but, come on. Look at his face as he was giving the finger. It practically says FU on his face.
That being said, the announcers were being a bit melodramatic, but they did laugh about it at the end of the clip. I think it's kind of funny.
Even the guys on HockeyCentral on Versus pretty much said that it was probably on purpose.
Not a very classy move, but it's clearly a very heated series, and I guess he let his emotions take over at that point. The NHL fined him, as expected.

I really think that Chicago has exposed some serious Canucks weaknesses with the 13 goals that they've scored in the past 2 games. Although I think that the Blackhawks can actually pull off the upset and take the series, if they don't, I think that another team will be able to use the past two games to beat them. The Canucks aren't as scary as their regular season has made them out to be.
The Red Wings will go to the final in the West.

Seeing the interview of him afterwards tempers my opinion a bit. He does look like the cat that ate the canary.
I'm "enraged" at those announcers. Of course, around here, that gesture is seen from typical people 3-4 times a day... and that's from the women.

I would love to see the Hawks rally all the way back to the Cup final ... and face Pittsburgh.
It seems that no one can hold a 3 goal lead except for the Hawks-kinda crazy. Maybe we should have one team start each game with 3 goals and then the other team starts with three in the next game-since we know the other team will get back in it, it might make for more exciting games...
Out of curiosity, should a vote of relocation for the Yotes go to the BOD and owners, do all 29 GMs and owners have to unanimously agree or just a certain percentage?

Pominville was a huge loss for the Sabres. I really hope his achilles didn't get sliced on that play.
I can't believe it's going to OT. The Sabres just collapsed. Anything can happen in OT.....hopefully it's a good one!
Good question. I doubt it would have to be unanimous, because I doubt that group of people could ever agree on anything. I actually haven't heard anything about the need for a vote at all, but I imagine there would be one.
