Surely-I don't even think the best trauma specialists or psychiatrists can fix this team. The only option is to rip it apart and start over. I will be spending the next week coming to terms with that.
For now I will go with this
Gutless, weak, cowardly, emotionless, careless, effortless, pathetic-- thats our team.
Nevertheless, I give full marks to the Kings-I mean, the showed up to play-they didn't need to do anything else.

I had no idea that the wings were the team that eliminated the Winnipeg Jets 15 years ago.
That is got to be the most cruel and sickening twist of fate I have ever heard.
I really do feel for Glendale now.
Wow, I didn't realize that either. Eerie.
Sorry, but I don't feel for Glendale. If they supported the team, and if a local investor stepped up, this wouldn't be happening. I do feel for the 2,000-3,000 die hard fans that actually went to games. It really sucks for them. However, you need more than 2,000-3,000 fans to maintain an NHL team in a city.
I expected the Kings to put up a fight, but I really didn't expect them to have a chance to win the series. Now, I would be surprised if they didn't win the series.
