Sweet. Mine is showing the exact same info as yours. So we are getting a week early after all.

Is your carrier Syncreon Technology? If so, ain't no carrier number until the last minute (if at all) i'm afraid :(

My iMac is potentially in Arnhem and still no tracking number :(

Yeh I've had stuff from Apple before where you never actually get a tracking number for the courier. I just had what we have now "In Transit" then it arrives when I'm out because I thought it wasn't due for a while.

It's just a bit rubbish to have a Carrier that you can't track really - and is made worse as others can all track there's from China

:apple: boot Syncreon or make them issue tracking numbers

I'll forgive them if they turn up today :p

got the tracking to work

10 Jun 2011 19:47:06 Shanghai Shipment In Transit.
10 Jun 2011 19:05:39 Shanghai Shipment Collected From Sender.

6 days to deliver from Shanghai to UK!!! is that normal?

Syncreon seem to have tracking page or tool called SYNVIEW 360 Tracker. have you tried that

Yeah - sadly Apple don't provide a tracking number.

I've just spoken to the Apple CR person and they have said that my iMac is due in to Europe between now and Monday and then should get a tracking number on Monday or Tuesday.

I don't get why others get to track from China and I get to wait until the day before delivery?!:apple:

Hey ho - rest assured they have a tracking number and, to quote "they won't give it to me as they can't guarantee delivery yet"

I guess I'm special - being in the boonies (Northern Ontario) I get to have UPS shipping ;)

Shanghai, China 06/10/2011 18:42 Export Scan
06/10/2011 14:58 Departure Scan
06/10/2011 13:55 Origin Scan
China 06/10/2011 2:06 Order Processed: Ready for UPS

Est. June 14 delivery.

The Macs have taken flight! Now it's a race!

Big smileys for the first iMacs to reach home on each Continent!

It's funny you should say that. I raised the issue of shipping as I needed it for a specific date & purpose and they passed me to Apple Executive Relations (AER)

AER have basically given me no tracking information at all and suggested that I am getting special treatment, personal care, priority shipping etc etc ...

not sure how that's the case when others are getting there's at the same time as/earlier than me & have tracking numbers

Not that I am complaining I'll have you know - just wish they wouldn't tell lies!

Hey ho! It'll be here soon :D

Cant believe you did that. Thats just funny! :D

It will be a big let down once we get them as we already have Macs and know what they do etc. It will just do everything 'a bit' faster lol.

I'm also in Europe so all the iMac I think will arrive to us "at the same time".

Why the hell not ... blimey I'm spending enough on this lump of aluminium, glass 'n' stuff ... quick enough to take the £££ so they can likewise tell me where the feck it is :D

Totally agree though .... i'll boot it up, ooohh and ahhh at the speed and then have to get on with actually doing some work
