looks like Red bull at least adjusted the paint job to hide the front convincingly
Caterham: i suspect whoever made the plans was drunk
and what is it with the proboscis noses? is there a rule that they have to have one? ferrari and mercedes must have found a loop hole.
Renault engined teams in real bother. All together they have managed about 11 laps today. Mercedes on their own almost made it to triple figures. Mercedes engined cars currently fast. McLaren have some interesting and unique rear suspension.
merc's rear suspension trick could be a game-changer, as it would take some time for other teams to copy it.
Do you mean McLaren? Link
I have to admit I find this interesting. At this moment we have no idea which is the fastest car, just that Mercedes have the most reliable engine. My concern is the reliability issues might scare off manufacturers (imagine if Renault's problems persist).
Lets hope the double points at the end of the season doesn't play into finger boys hands!
While there's no shortage of topics to discuss given all the changes this year, I'm most put off by the sound of the new engines. Typically I attend at least three races each year, and will miss the wonderful sounds of previous years.
Setting that aside, the engineers certainly have had their hands full getting ready to race their new cars. That challenge alone will make the early part of the season very exciting. It's time they quell the rumors and retire old Bernie, the sport needs a new man in that spot.
