Got an almost speced out grey 15" ordered just after the store went up! Might step down to the fully speced 13" once I check them out in person. Anyone know if the stores have display models out yet?
  • Touch Bar and Touch ID
  • 16GB 2133MHz memory
  • Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory
  • 2.9GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz
  • 1TB PCIe-based SSD

MacBook Pro - Space Gray - £2969 though we get the VAT back. Was thinking about getting the 1tb option but with Usb-C the memory bandwidth is so large I can just add external storage for future expansion.
  • 2.9GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz
  • 16GB 2133MHz memory
  • 512GB PCIe-based SSD
  • Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory
delivers Nov 17-25th (Processing)

Ordered my MacBook Pro as soon as the online store came back online. Just got the base configuration 13" in Space Grey with Touch Bar. In store pickup was unavailable, and shipment is currently showing a delivery date of November 17-25. It's going to be a long wait.

I just put in my order! It will replace my Late '09 27" iMac :D

15-inch MacBook Pro - Space Gray
With the following configuration:
• 2.6GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz
• 16GB 2133MHz memory
• 512GB PCIe-based SSD
• Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory

Price: Ouch...

They said 2-3 weeks, but haven't seen a date before November 17th. Hopefully they will ship a bit earlier. Guessing they will be in stores on November 25th based on all pickup dates.

Hoping that they will be in stock in a week

Confirmation Email at 2:28 PM. Processing.

• 16GB 2133MHz memory
• 1TB PCIe-based SSD

well I decided to have it ship to the store and crossing my fingers that it gets there earlier. If I'm not home for the delivery I don't want to have to deal with the hassle of running around trying to find where it is

15-inch MacBook Pro - Space Gray

• 2.7GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz
• 16GB 2133MHz memory
• 512GB PCIe-based SSD
• Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory

The upgrade cost of the better dGPU was an easy choice. Really, really wanted to upgrade to the 1TB SSD, but I already feel sick at the ridiculous amount of money I just spent.

I ordered:

15-inch MacBook Pro - Silver
With the following configuration:
• 2.6GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz
• 16GB 2133MHz memory
• 512GB PCIe-based SSD
• Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory

I got my confirmation email at 12:03 pm PT, still show as "received". Shows a delivery date from 11/17-25. Used a student discount and bought AppleCare as well.... Merry Christmas to me!!!

Ordered space grey base model 13" without the touch bar. Just couldn't justify the price based on my needs :(

In Canada, says ships in 1 business day and I'll get it by Friday Nov 4th.

Anyone in Canada know if these often end up being delivered early? Having it delivered to my office so I don't need to worry about being home to collect it.

15-inch MacBook Pro - Silver
  • 2.6GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.5GHz
  • 16GB 2133MHz memory
  • 512GB PCIe-based SSD
  • Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory
Delivers: 14 Nov - 21 Nov

Personally, I think this is the better option for the same price than 2.7GHz i7 with Radeon 455. It definitely is for me at least, I don't think I've ever really pushed the CPU on my 2012 Retina very much, but the GPU does get pressured every now and then.

So is that something that comes later? I just ordered two 15" map - one for my college grad student daughter and one for me (grade school staff), both under my name/charge. I'm guessing I'll need to confirm status at some point? She has a Unidays account and I have a school email, but I haven't been asked for either.

If you are in the UK you need to do it before you order. Pretty sure they don't give you refunds after the order. Might need to cancel and re-order? Also people, use Quidco and get cash back as well. You can combine Unidays + Quidco for a nice discount and cash back. Done it for two Retina MacBook Pros over two years and for both my girlfriends and mine Retina MacBooks this semester.

You should get it before for sure.

My god, fully-spec'd 15 inch is $4,299 (not including FCP and that other software.) 2.9 GHz quad core i7, 16 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD, Radeon 460 with 4 GB RAM. Jesus. My 2010 MBP will suffice for a little while longer.

Ordered a 15" Space Grey

2.6GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.5GHz
16GB 2133MHz memory
256GB PCIe-based SSD
Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory

The shortage of 'ordered' posts in this thread, as a historical comparison, speaks volumes.
