There's no way to know for sure, but if you get a departure scan showing the approximate time the plane took off...it's a good bet yours is on it.then how do i know which plane my package is using flightradar24.com?

Thank you, sir!If getting antsy about a device they spend several thousand dollars on is acting like a baby then give me a bib. People rely on a computer not just for fun but productivity as well and this isn't a small purchase or one for fun. It's not an Xbox it's a computer.
Kind of ironic that people complain about complaining isn't seen as acting like a baby. Guess what this is a public forum where people talk about their computers delivering until it's in their hands what else are they gonna talk about?
Our computers are on the same plane. UPS81.

Yep looks like UPS81. UPS arrival scan time matches flightaware.com.
Btw I can't believe I'm watching flights on a Saturday afternoon.

Mine missed the plane originally too but it just now updated! Delivery still TBD, but:
Shanghai, China 11/13/2016 5:59 A.M. Departure Scan
I'm thinking it'll still arrive Monday.
15" 2.9/TB/amd 460 in transit to PA, USA.
That's weird. I've never seen that.I finally got a departure scan.
I've never seen where they were unable to load your package on the plane .Never seen what?
I would contact Barclaycard and Apple; but others in this thread have posted that as long as you place the order within 30 days you're fine; even if it doesn't charge your card. You probably applied for your card through the order that was placed anyway.
I guess what we're growing weary of; with respect my friend, is the "what did you expect" aspect.
Apple gave a date range prior to clicking "buy". If time was critical you had other options; including previous generation models in store and competitors models. Everyone in this thread chose to purchase it knowing full well the shipping window. We aren't even yet to day one of that shipping window and folks are upset that theirs isn't here yet. It's really become more a rallying cry of "It's not fair that I don't get mine before you". Whereas "Apple said it would be here before this date and it's late", which would be fair criticism. If that happens? Complain away, I'll be right there with you. Until then? At the end of the day, that window hasn't passed. That means that nobody has yet been waiting longer than Apple told them to expect them to wait.
In other news; mine has 'departed', but I still have no estimated shipping date per UPS. I suspect Monday might still be on the table.
This is more back and forth than watching the election returns this week...
[doublepost=1478991112][/doublepost]Those tracking flights. I'm not so sure the time codes on the UPS page are all that useful. That's just the time the scanner scanned them. The airplane could still be on the tarmac for all we know.
I'm going to use migration assistant at first startup.sorry if it's already been mentioned in this thread, but the new macbooks will be at Best Buy stores on Tuesday for those looking to just get the standard configurations (non BTO).
how is everyone migrating their info from previous generation macbooks? wondering if the wifi transfer is reliable
