YES! Finally they charged me. I am expecting the status to change to "Shipment" tonight or tomorrow morning.

Mine is the 256GB 13" and i am in Australia :) Expected date of delivery is 16 Nov to 23 Nov.

Was it the initial authorization or a full on charge?

Pending charge showed up Monday morning, P4S Thursday, but now pending charge has disappeared and still P4S...

...life is meaningless and full of pain.

Got a FedEx shipping as well. 11/17. Which I will be seeing Fantastic Beasts that night after work so I will not be able to play with my MacBook. First world problems, I know. I was hoping it would UPS because the distribution center is by my work and I can hold packages there. FedEx is not. It will have to be waiting for me at home, unless we somehow get them before the 17.

Still nothing for me :( My deliver date is the same, though. Wonder if I will see something later tonight or in the morning?
I'm not actually complaining, I am just disappointed that Apple haven't lightened my account by$3500 yet... Wow, never thought I'd say that! :p

Yeah, I'm almost sick of seeing so much money in my account. I want it gone! Haha

I just got charged as i forgot about this order.

Was able to get a pre-order from amazon.com and they are going to honor the $1999 Price on $2799 Model.

I guess i can use this one until i receive my MacBook Pro from Amazon.com (Within 14 days of course)

For almost canceling and being disappointed in the lack of 32GB of RAM and the overall state of affairs with mobile hardware, gotta say I'm pretty excited for this thing now that the hustle is on and it's showing up monday. My Late 2013 is nearly as fast, but little things are bringing me down about it like the backlight not turning on unless I close and reopen the clamshell a few times.

Bring it on.

Ive never even seen the backlight on any of my MBP's since my first MBP in 2007....i'm in front of the Screen or it is shut and not glowing

I forgot about this feature....

Doesn't worry me one bit that its going.

Any ideas how the shipping to Europe system works? I got a feeling that we will start seeing movement on Monday and that that movement will start in some of Apple´s warehouse in Europe rather than in China. Otherwise there is no way that they could ship those laptops from China to Europe and still get all of that done by 16/17th, is there? Considering that many in Europe haven't even been charged or reached PFS yet, despite having ordered minutes after the keynote, I just find it hard to imagine how thats still going to work out..

So far, no German customer has made a progress. But since I do not believe that no one will get the macbook on 16 or 17, something has to happen today or tomorrow. I think DHL will take over the transport.

I agree, I think it was the same with my iPad Air 2 I ordered two years ago here in Germany. It was sent out one day later than in the US, but I received it the same day as them (and a bit earlier than others actually). It came from the Czech Republic. My memory is cloudy though, so don't hold me on that. And even then it is statistically irrelevant as it merely represents one example - my experience. So it might be the case, or not.

For those who, like me, chose ship-to-store: I didn't receive an email from Apple that my machine had shipped, but when I checked the order status tonight on the Apple website it indicated "shipping to store" with an expected availability date of Thursday.

Just got my shipping email. 15" stock. Says it will be delivered on Friday the 18th. Tracking is not yet available.

For those of us with FedEx shipments, form what I can see there are no FedEx plans leaving Shanghai>Anchorage for the rest of Sunday or Monday. This is based on Flighwire's website information. Now if we are going from Shanghai>Seoul>Anchorage then we might see movement. I will keep you posted to any movement my MacBook makes, as these might not go on FedEx plans.

My 13" BTO to Germany just changed its delivery date from 15.-22. to 16.-23.
