yeah have fun with eBay where it's so easy for them to get your MacBook, claim that it wasn't as described, have them get their money back and you receive a potato in the box. I'm never using eBay ever again.
I don't know for sure, but it seems like the stock configurations are all shipping from the US.
What delivery window did you get ?... Mine was 3 to 4 weeks , I ordered 5 mins after keynote on 27th. still have no movement at all. Oh I'm in the UK and I ordered stock 15 inch

Notification from Apple: Shipped. Ordered MacBook Pro 13" stock model. Est delivery date to Toronto, Canada: 16th. Can't wait.
15" 2015 is not available for immediate pickup anywhere in my area, says it will ship in a few days. Does anyone know what the availability was like for your area over the past couple of weeks? I really doubt that Apple simply won't have any 15" MacBook p 2016 or 2015 for an extended amount of time.........I really think some will be available in store this week.
Anybody else having issues requesting hold for pickup at UPS? I'm getting a message that says "Change Delivery Request Unsuccessful".

Something we've not given any consideration to is the possibility that the European MacBook Pros are being assembled in Cork, Ireland.
Historically only iMacs have been made in Cork. I've had three iMacs that were assembled in Ireland over the years.
Apple is expanding in Ireland so this would not be impossible.
And it would make sense in terms of why there has been no progress at all on European orders. If they're coming from Ireland they can get basically anywhere in the EU overnight.
It's a long shot, but could happen.

God knows at this point, but I think between now and sometime this week we're basically going to end up with all sorts of "conspiracy theories" on what is going on.
EXACTLY! Happened to me a few years ago with an iPad I sold to someone in another country. Too make a long story short, they got my iPad I got back an empty box...never again
I'm ready to take delivery. You wouldn't understand. Currently using a Mid 2010 MacBook 7,1 with a 250 GB HDD and 2 GB of RAM and a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. I'm not knowledgeable on specifications, but it should be a dramatic improvement. Currently the littlest of tasks (internet browsing, opening applications, etc.) are demanding on this machine.
Just for laughs and giggles, anyone know what the difference as far as a percentage would be between the machines?

Or maybe they sent all EU order Macs to a Warehouse in NL/CZ and will ship them out next week
Not sure if EU people will get early deliveries though.. I don't think I'll get a super early delivery (my delivery date is nov 23-30).
Some of you gents make me smile with the way you are being Mac flight detectives. I would think cuddling with the wife or g/f for some whoopee would be a lot more fun. 
I have the same machine. Put an SSD in there and it will become completely usable. That's the real bottleneck, and where you will see the most dramatic improvement. You are going from a terribly slow laptop hard drive to one of the fastest SSDs on the market.
Went to PFS on Friday and charged then. Now shipping changed to 11/16 also according to Apple -- looks like that's when they may show up in Apple Store display?
