Are they shipping certain people's MBPs out on certain planes going to sorting facilities based on the customer's delivery location? There's a FedEx plane leaving Shanghai going to Memphis, TN tonight so maybe people who ordered a MBP are in those surrounding states? Or maybe that plane is completely unrelated to us. I (obviously) have no idea how they're doing it or how it all works so I'm just speculating with small hopes that my computer is on that plane tonight.

Which FedEx flight leaves tonight?

Order just moved from Processing... to Prepared for Shipment!! Incidentally the charge has fallen off my card.

Order 15" MacBook Pro - Space Grey
  • 2.9GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7
  • 16GB 2133MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM
  • Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB VRAM
  • 1TB PCIe-based SSD

Still have all my money, but I'm still excited to think that I will have my shiny new Space Grey MacBook Pro 15" in my hands by Wednesday arvo!

It seems that what a number of people have been saying may be correct: That Apple are not going to deliver earlier than the 16th.

Come one Apple ...

The tracking number provided by Apple shows "Tracking information unavailable at this time." via UPS. Quite surprised as it has been 6 hours since I had received the tracking number. I assume it's in Louisville, but thousands of MacBook Pros coming from China leaves it difficult to assume. I tried using the "Track By Reference" however it only shows the dongles I received from Apple last week.

yayyyyyy Arrive tomorrow :) anybody knows by what time UPS world ease usually deliver? noon or 8pm?

Same thing happening here. I'm located in Canada and got my UPS tracking number over 7 hours ago from Apple.

I ordered the stock model of 13", Apple says it will be coming from a warehouse in the US, just a matter of when they activate the tracking numbers...

More than likely, UPS has not picked up your Mac yet. I get the same thing when I check the UPS tracking. Try again around 11pm - 12 am EST, and you may see more up to date tracking information.

So the BTO are coming from China and certain stock configurations are already here. So they could have shipped those out already, but they like to torture the carriers, apparently.

So im thinking my BB order is already here, but waiting for you guys. Thanks

Huh? A bunch of people have deliveries scheduled for tomorrow.

Well, when I had ordered Apple showed it would be delivered between 11/17-11/23. Then 24 hours before I was billed (Friday night/Saturday morning) Apple showed it would be delivered between 11/14-11/17. Then upon receiving the tracking information, Apple showed it would be delivered on 11/16. This could change when UPS provides tracking information.

It'll be here eventually. However the constant changing of delivery is interesting. Not sure what to make of it.

Any reviews out yet?

No, and who knows when that will happen. It's actually rather strange, as all of a sudden you have a deluge of reviews (all at once), and people get all excited about nothing, really. In this case everyone is wondering WTF this touch bar is.

Ordered mine on local premium reseller because Apple does not have Apple Care on PR. I just can't believe how many lies that store makes to the clients but at least they have Warranty and I can make a custom order.

I got a
  • 2.6GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, Turbo Boost up to 3.5GHz
  • 16GB 2133MHz memory
  • 512GB PCIe-based SSD
  • Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB memory
I think that it will arrive on the fisrt week of december.

Thank you. I appreciate it. I rarely watch tracking information for regular ordering so this is quite out of my realm of experience.
