2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Because you're inside your delivery window and don't have your device yet? Whaaaaat?

Because BTOs for Europe have always been shipped from China (3-7 days) , and we don't even have preparing for shipment. Considering this it may actually be the case we don't receive it in the delivery window (if not shipped in 1 1/2 days) which is unacceptable when the US receive up to 1 week earlier (those who had 3-4 week delivery). But even if it is at the end to the our timeframe it is still not cool to be behind when given the exact same window and ordering at the exact same time. What's not to understand?

For my past iMac upon launch in late 2012, the supply was really, really tight as well. I managed to grab one in the initial batch and I looked it up today. It took about 7 days to reach me after shipment. But this time around, I got my MacBook Pro in just 2 days after shipping (although you can take into consideration about the time difference to argue that it's around half or more than half a day over two days). Just some information, thought it might help.

Are there any Geekbench numbers out yet? I have seen for the 15" 2.9 GHz, but I am curious to see them for the 2.6 and 2.7. I ordered the 2.6 GHz, and I am still wondering if I chose the right processor, so some numbers would be nice

Of course it will, that movement isn't caused by the taptic engine. The movement is the one that allows for the taptic engine to function!

I have a mark under the speaker on the right side. Silver. I can only see it when I'm sitting at the computer. From above and certain directions, I don't see anything!

I feel with you -- but to compare MS customers had / have to wait nearly half a year for the surface book / surface pc.

I preordered my 13 inch 512 gb model from best buy on November 10th and it just shipped! Should be here tomorrow. Not sure why Apple takes so long. But up until yesterday, Best Buy had November 16 delivery date for many 13 inch Macs and some 15.
