2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Mine is coming via UPS from Ontario, California. Anyone know if will come via air or ground?
If by air, how long does it take to fly from Ontario, California to Phoenix, Arizona?!

My MBP had a keyboard issue, and the boot sequence was all out of whack. I've taken a video and sent it to the apple rep while on a chat, and he said it might be the logic board causing all of them. Any of you people want to take a look at the video and let me know if I should be worried?

Does anyone have their FaceTime camera lagging or having like a 0.1sec delay? It also does it in Photobooth

I am in Saskatchewan. Scheduled for delivery tomorrow.
 
Received a 13 inch BTO, currently trying to airdrop an 80 gig file from my previous MacBook and airdrop keeps canceling the transfer at various points during the process - hopefully it works at some point. My initial impression of the touch bar is that I can't really see it in this relaxed pose Im currently taking. That is, Im slunched down in a chair with the laptop on my stomach, and so the touch bar itself isn't terribly visible / bright. Honestly, no real question in my mind that a touch screen is superior

Congrats, did you get more scans after the Richmond Import scan? Like Departed from Richmond or any others?
 
I think I figured out why I'm still sitting in Memphis. I live in the middle of nowhere and there's only one FedEx flight to here per day, and my MBP missed it by about 15 minutes this morning, argh. Fingers crossed for tomorrow! Tracking still says Thursday, but we'll see...

Yes, that's exactly what mine says! Except it was 8:47 am. We must have been in the same crate. Have you checked to see when the next flight out to your local hub is? Mine is at 4:11 am Wednesday.

Yes, my camera is laggy... about .2 seconds it seems. odd. im a 15" BTO 2.6/450/1TB

and I'm at 8:48am - quite a few of us sitting there, waiting on customs... get with it, Homeland Security!! just kidding, be diligent, and then give us our Touch Bars. KTHXBYE

Same here, hoping it would clear customs and catch a flight to Chicago for delivery tomorrow instead of Thursday

Me too! 8:42am. But I don't live in the middle of nowhere. It looks like Fedex just isn't updating. I couldn't figure out which flight I was on since I've seen deliveries to either airport nearby.
 
So sad people checking flight planes and etc just wait for dam post it wont kill you lol

Today I received my BTO 15 inch 2016 MBP. Opened it up. Started set up, and continued to get an error message that said the software needed updating. But then the update would not work and it prompted me to try again or to shut down. Spent 2 hours on the phone with apple tech support. No Luck. They sent me to the apple store. 1.5 more hours and they say nothing can be done. You need to return it.

Now Apple online store says I gotta wait like i am just ordering today 5 to 6 weeks. SO LAME.

That doesn't sound right.. No way they couldn't expedite you a new one...
