2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

They all are in US, just did not get scanned, because of the heavy volume, you should see all progress on Thursday or Friday.

Please do not stress out for this thing.... Same thing happens every year with new product launch...
 
Guys I type this from my new macbook, the keyboard is interesting I was expecting no travel but wow, I think I'll like it, I took a couple speed tests between macbook and mechanical keyboard and old white macbook and all came within a few wpm of each other so I think all will be okay. Personally feel doesn't matter as much as effectiveness

I also put the old machine into target disk mode to make sure it didn't transfer over Wi-Fi. Thats about it.

We also saw loads of "it's still in P4S but has already shipped according to UPS app". Unfortunately that does not seem to be an option (at least for me) so I can't verify whether we are in the same situation. There were also a lot of people that ran through P4S VERY fast, meaning a matter of minutes or hours.
 
my card has been charged, but the status still shows as processing items for the last three days, any idea why there could be a delay???
 
My 15" BTO is P4S to The Netherlands. Delivery window is the 16th (today) to the 23rd of November.
 
Sorry if this has been asked before but does "Preparing for Dispatch" mean its leaving the factory in China ??

Just trying to understand when it may reach me in the UK

That seems the case. Although some members think that EU orders already shipped to a distribution centre in Europe and will be send further from there.

Thank Goodness my new MBP is coming by Monday! My late 2011 is pretty well dead :(

It will only run for around 20 minutes tops before completely freezing with the Spinning Beachball of death. Luckily for me, I have a free Acer laptop to work on in the meantime. One perk of being a state school teacher in Victoria.

By silent clicking, do you mean tap to click? I hate the clicking pressure of my air so I exclusively use it and three fingers drag options.

That's Richmond, Surrey, UK? Then you're the very first in Europe. Could you share some details (i.e. charged date, preparing for shipment/dispatch and dispatched dates?).
 
My US ordered 13in BTO with Arabic keyboard that has a delivery date of Nov 17-25 finally moved to P4S...still not been charged though...

I find it far more plausible that the bottleneck has to do with a limited capacity on flights leaving Shànghǎi than what you suggest. UPS has an enormous ground infrastructure in the US - are you telling me they can't handle MacBook Shipments, particularly when they CAN handle iPhone shipments with no difficulty using the same infrastructure?
 
Finally! Out of Shanghai purgatory... Shipping was originally on the 18th, then got moved earlier to the 17th, but now is on the 21st...
