Which model did you order?
The original estimate when the order was placed was November 25, which was moved up to the 17th over this past weekend when it actually shipped. Ended up arriving a day early, I guess.
I'm in the 3-4 week window too. Nov 25 - Dec 02 No charge and still processing.
That's actually my exact delivery slot too. Post if you get a charge/PFS
Another 15" stock 256GB released into the wild folks (cancelled my order)...my wife was kind enough to pick one up for me at the Apple Store, Bridgewater NJ! Now to "work" for the next 3 1/2 hours!
Can a few people cancel their 13" TBs with RAM upgrade so I can move up in line? 
Did they let you cancel your order while shipping? How does that work?
Well, I was still processing actually so was able to just cancel. So there really wasn't one released, but somebody should move up in line anyway.

Specialist that checked me in for the Genius Bar yesterday in Woodcliff Lake, NJ said they were probably going to be set up for today. But it's too far of a drive from where I'm working today to go check them out. No idea if the Garden State Plaza in Paramus has them up yet, or Willowbrook in Wayne.
Still stuck :/ Hopefully it makes one of the next 2 flights or we are gonna have a late delivery
Whoever goes to a store, make sure they check the back if they first say they don't have any. Some of them don't seem to know they are there.
Same situation with me, but I haven't been released yet.
However, I called fedex, and they said still on track for delivery tomorrow!

A non related question... Is Iphone 4 still working with current IOS? I used to have a 5. It's ridiculously slow with new ios.
Have been lurking ever since order day, but figured I'd chime in to see if any other Canadians are in the same boat. my 2.9/16/460/512 15" SG dropped into Richmond, BC this morning on UPS. I now have an exception/clearance in progress.

Was able to walk into the Apple Store today and buy a 15" 2.7, 512GB. Playing with it now. Cancelled my online order
