2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Any UK BTO 15' 3-4 weeks seeing movement yet? My delivery estimate is 25th-2nd but I'm loosing hope that I'll get it by Friday.
 
After waiting for Apple to refund to my Barclaycard my preorder finally processed and went to PFS an hour later.

I ordered mine on 10/28 (MBP15 entry level with 460) and today it went on PFS, my VISA got charged last Friday.
It's scheduled for delivery between 11/25 and 12/02, Italy here.
I wish they would speed up the process, I really can't wait to get it because I sold my old MBP in august

Any Italian here?

Your advice paid off! Late last night I emailed Apple's Business Team and before my local Apple Store opened today they emailed me back and said that they had the config I was looking for and he would have it set aside for me when I arrived. This is pretty huge for me!

Background:
- Originally ordered 60 seconds after pre-orders started. Would have been a Day One delivery.
- Canx'd order on Nov 4th after deciding that I wasn't buying a laptop that didn't have 32 GB of RAM.
- When deliveries started arriving in people's hands, I started hearing great reports from photographers.
- I spoke to a colleague (fellow working photographer/videographer) that said his new MBP was smooth as butter with his Canon 5DsR files and while processing Canon 1D X Mark II 4K 60fps video files in FCP X.
- I decided to pull the trigger again and I placed a pre-order with Apple and a pre-order with Adorama.
- Apple's new delivery date was Dec 22-28.
- Apple is great at delivering on time, but I am departing on Jan 1 for a 2-month photography field assignment and I became concerned about pushing it to close.
- It's over an hour drive to my local Apple Store, so I just couldn't afford to "pop in" and see if they had stock.

Fast forward to last night and The Martian told me about Apple's Business Program. I qualify for this program as a full-time working photographer (not just a hobby) and not only did I get instant results, but I also received spectacular customer service. The guy I worked with was very smart, we talked tech in great detail...and quite literally, he met with me at the store within 30 seconds of arriving where he immediately handed me my MBP in a bag, ready to go. One swipe of the credit card and I was done. The entire process, including the handshake, took about 70 seconds.

15" Space Gray, 2.9, 1 TB, 460 GPU.

I'm about to unbox it and couldn't be more excited! 5-6 week wait? Nope, not any more! :)

Mine 13" BTO has just moved to preparing for shipment.

I'm in the 3-4 delivery time period and in the U.K.
 
Waiting for delivery to Denmark (15" BTO). Anyone else got theirs?

Wired...

Apple sent it on the 17th (estimated delivery on 23rd). DHL tracking says it's in Holland. I called DHL, to ask if I'd be able to pick it up on delivery day. The DHL lady told me the package had not been sent at all and I should ask the store about it instead. Don't understand that bit!?!
 
I ordered x2 day after pre-order's opened - the one I ordered first is still processing whereas the second one I ordered is on its way! And they are identical in spec.

13" BTO left Shanghai and is now in Narita (I had assumed it would go directly to Anchorage from Shanghai but guess not). Still showing delivery for Nov 28 (in Toronto, Canada).
 
And of course UPS had a "delayed flight" and now there is no delivery date for my package. It was supposed to be delivered today.

EDIT: just kidding it got its destination scan just now. It'll be here today.

I'm sure that you will be happy! I actually went a different direction and am going to the 13" from a mid-2009 15" MBP. I have a mid-2012 13" MBP at work and travelling with it is much easier than my 2009 15". That being said, it wasn't an easy decision considering how light the new 15" is... In fact, I almost cancelled my 13" to get the 15" after reviews starting coming in but the wife talked me out of it (she also manages our budget.... :))

Just got my shipment notification last night.
15", Silver, 2.6GHz, 16GB, 512GB, 460 Pro

Original delivery window Nov 28 - Dec 5, UPS says it will be delivered on the 28th. Has anyone had theirs show up early? I thought they were arriving in about 2-3 days.

Same situation but different build. Mine shipped early this morning and says Nov 28. Betting it arrives on Friday though.
 
Well guys... Mine has finally shipped. Late last night. It's still in Shanghai at the local FedEx facility.. My dates were the 28th-6th.... FedEx says I will have it the 28th.
A little confused as to why it's FedEx? I thought UPS handled their shipping, but nonetheless I'm just excited it has finally shipped! I will keep everyone updated, maybe somehow I'll get it Friday:p

FedEx says it will be at my door on the 28th but I think the same thing as you... I bet it gets here Friday. Who knows though... maybe thats just mainly what I'm hoping ;)

Can I ask how long it took from China to wherever you are at? How long was the process?

Yeah, true. Thursday will pretty much be a null day.
Hmmm... Hopefully its somewhere near me by then, I may just figure out if I can go get it in person Friday? I just don't want to do ANYTHING to delay it anymore than Apple has already done. LOL
 
Walked into Mall of Millenia, Orlando, FL this morning at 10. Walked out 10 minutes late with 13" Touch Bar 3.3,16GB,512SSD in Gray (they had both colors). They had lots of stock (lots of options) but you would not know it by the website. Yesterday I was in the Florida Mall store in the afternoon and they had lots of stock. The one I wanted was only in Silver. I was told a couple of interesting things. One if a store has less than 5 or any configuration it will not show on the website. Two when you call a store you are not necessarily talking to the store as many calls get sent through a call center. My experience in talking to both was not great. My experience in store was excellent.
