I'm just basing my hope on people who ordered around 11/3 have seen changes this week so that is my hope, but I know a lot goes into such as exact build, etc.

I think that I am in your same case: Moved to Shipped (with DHL) Dec 30, estimated delivery Dec 9. Ordered Nov 1, charged Nov 25, PFS Nov 29, delivery to Spain originally 9-14 Dec : Silver 15''/2.9/2TB/460 Spanish Keyboard. Currently in Apple I appear as "Shipment dispatched" in DHL only "Shipment information received"

Yo también lo compré el día 1 de Noviembre y fue ayer cuando me lo cobraron a primera hora de la mañana ( a las 4 de la mañana) y en ese mismo momento me lo cambiaron a Envio en preparación. Ayer también pero a las 10 de la noche fue cuando puso enviado y me dieron el seguimiento de DHL pero no marcaba nada hasta esta mañana a eso de las 11 que pone información recibida. Mi fecha de entrega original era del 12 al 15 de Diciembre y ayer en el email de Apple de cuando lo enviaron ponía entrega estimada el 12 de Diciembre. Pero tal y como veo las cosas lo mismo es lo que dicen otras personas de que quizá tenga que llegar de china. No me parece normal que tarde dos semanas en llegar un paquete (sea cual sea) de Holanda a España.

I ordered 15 inch, 2.9, 460, 512GB on November 4th. No movement yet. Delivery Estimate 13-19. Said 4-5 weeks which really is Dec. 2-9. Interesting date discrepancies. I keep checking hoping for movement soon.
4-5 weeks is shipping estimate add the shipping time and delivery would be around 13-19

I think you will see some movement this week because they already started to ship November 4th.

Not exactly correct. I've ordered on November 8th and have the same Delivery Estimate 13-19.
- Ordered on Oct 27 (15/2.9/512GB/460); expected Nov 19–27
- Made a change on Oct 28 (upgrade to 1TB)
- Change took 10 days (!!) to show up, but it was wrong (!!!) due to Apple error
- Order fixed on Nov 6, but now expected Dec 13–19
- Complained until I was told the order had been prioritized so it would be here around now, as if the change had been made correctly
- As of now, order is still "Processing", with no word on why

Purchasing goes through our campus store. They ordered both custom and stock configurations - many of the stock configs came in, but none of the custom configurations. Apple is telling them 4 weeks still before they get any of the custom configurations, and they ordered very soon after the new laptops were announced (I don't know the exact date).
By the time it arrives, Apple will probably release revised laptops

Ordered on November 2nd. Just got charged on my card but no movement on the shipping. PLEASE IF THERE'S ANYBODY HIGH UP THERE, LET THE SHIPPING BE EXPEDITED SOMEHOW!!!
Same situation here. November 2 order date for a 13" BTO, went PFS on Monday, and no change since...
Ordered: 10/31 @ 1:20pm through GWU campus apple store, still stuck on processing. They took my money day 1 so I can't use that as a tip-off that it's about to go PFS. Was promised the third-party order would go through just as quickly as ordering direct but obviously that's not the case at all since people who ordered days after me have already shipped. Frustrating doesn't describe it.

I also ordered 10/31 (but on apple.com) and watched November orders ship before mine. Mine only shipped this morning, if that helps. PFS yesterday. Same config as you, except 1TB. Hopefully you're close.

It came back on their site, but for preorder order only with a unknown release date. Unfortunately, none of the high end 15" w/ Touch Bar have shipped from Amazon yet. If you haven't already follow the thread for Amazon preorders:
