2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Guys I had a delivery window of "Jan 3 - Jan 9" but now it changed to "Delivers 04 Jan, 2017 by Standard Shipping"

Is that normal? no window anymore..

I'm not shipping to stores btw. shipping to my personal address.
 
Entering the first day of delivery window, but stuck in processing. Are we having fun yet? How many here rushed to get in line for the ipods? Not me, don't want to be stuck in another hold like this.

Delivery window is 19-28 Dec, Apple sent me an email on Sunday saying product is ready to be shipped, couldn't charge my card, then on Tuesday it was charged for the full price. Still processing. Called them, they didn't give me any other info besides the obvious. This is killing me.
 
Picked up 2 identical models, today. His and Hers, space grey, 512GB. Walked in and walked out with 2 MacBook Pros.

15" 2.6GHz/512GB/460 ordered December 1st.

Credit card charged 12/12. Status changed from Processing to Preparing for Shipment today, 12/14. Seems like these are moving pretty damn fast.

Hopefully you hear something soon. Have you called them? When I spoke to Apple on Tuesday, the guy I spoke to hinted heavily that I'd see a change on the 14th, and I did. I don't know if they have schedules or he had a lucky guess.
 
Yeah, I called yesterday. The guy I talked to didn't tell me anything. He said they had the delivery window of when it could be delivered.
 
Mine is scheduled to be delivered TODAY in New York. Yesterday it arrived in Newark NJ a stone's throw from Manhattan and was sent back to Memphis!
I guess Elvis' ghost needs to add some "blue suede shoe" polish to finish off the screen?
This is really beyond my comprehension :

Are you ***** kidding me??? I went to P4S yesterday with instore pickup date of 12/21. Wake up today and it's still P4S and my new pickup date us JANUARY 3!!!!!!!! I'm about to lose my mind.

My mind is being played with... refreshed and now it says Shipping to Store and PU date is now 12/22. I was so upset over the 1/3/17 PU date that I'm not even too upset over the new date even though it makes it less likely I'll get it before I head out of town.

I can also now track by reference on UPS so we'll see what happens.

Hey Guys,
I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to share my info out of frustration. My order was placed on Nov. 4th (13"/SG/3.3 GHz/16 GB/512 SSD) by the purchasing department at my work. My delivery window remains as originally estimated at Dec. 12th - Dec. 26th. Still processing...I'm leaving the country on Dec. 30th, and I hope to have it in hand...but I'm understandably concerned that this may not happen.

Shipped through FedEx this morning and is estimated to arrive on Dec 20. My original arrival estimate was Dec 19-23 so currently it is on track.
 
I'm peace-ing out on this thread. UPS tracking just updated to show that my machine is due to be delivered to the store on 12/21. Which means no machine for me until I get back at the end of the year. :(

I've never been more disappointed in an order from Apple as I have with this experience. I am used to being under-promised and over-delivered by them so that makes this very hard. It's harder still when others ordered after you and had longer delivery dates yet already have their machines in hand. This may be the last time I order any products from them that are not already plentifully available unless I do so on launch day.

I am still stuck in Narita, 24 hours after arriving there. Is this normal? Anyone else in the same boat?
 
Ordered on Nov 21, 15" 2.9/460/1TB. Charged my CC a few days ago, went preparing for shipment this morning. Eta still Dec 21-18
 
I wonder what Apple's shipping logic is....

One would assume it's FIFO due to the limited stock availability, but these records pretty much disprove that.

My order was placed 11/15 for 2.7/460/512GB, and mine is still in Processing.
 
Hey guys, I ordered my 15" Space Grey 2.6/512Gb/450 on November 26 and now it's currently "In Transit to Customer- Shipment on Schedule", and my tracker ID isn't working so I don't know where it is. ETA is December 21
Anyone here ordered in the same dates?

UPS tracking shows they have it in Shanghai, sched delivery Monday Dec 19! Getting excited!

Give them a call at tel:1-800-676-2775. I've done it 3 times and the wait for a human isn't that long. My order was Nov 4 and it has shipped just today.
