It depends on the carrier, you can call 1800-myapple and ask to see if you can get the tracking number for the ship to store order. i had something deliver by ups at around 3pm and was ready around 4:30pm
 
Well, my MBP had made it to Louisville, but I think it missed all of the flights to Mirabel QC for the day. I'm starting to accept I will not see this thing before Christmas because it will still have to clear customs and make it to Moncton NB before 7 AM on Friday. The odds are astronomical!
 
Mine landed in Amsterdam (Flight CK203) today at 3.45pm Ams time and it's now 17:55 there - anyone know how long it takes before it reaches the DHL Express Hub and starts tracking?

Also if anyone's had one delivered from Amsterdam to London how long does it take with DHL?

Just trying to see if I can get it on Friday! :)

Yeah, I'm thinking this will be after Christmas. It's now Wednesday afternoon and my package is still in China. Although, I guess technically they have overnight shipping from Alaska to NC, so if they ship it today, and it gets to Alaska in the next 24 hours, it would still arrive on time?
 
So ups says my MacBook(in Alaska since yesterday) didn't make it on to the plane along with many other packages. They also said they have more packages(particularly from Apple) going into Alaska then they have room for on outbound flights. They also said they don't know when they will move....it shipped 6 days ago.....and has only made it to Alaska.

just wondering who told you this? I had a nice long call with UPS today and they said all Apple stuff is on time as of right now, just going out of Alaska late but they will expedite it out of Louisville instead of the normal shipment once arrival in Louisville.

Mine earlier today stated it was "Preparing for Dispatch" ...whatever that means! ... I've been told by Apple as mine is a custom order,once it's through customs in Asia it's fairly quick on its way to the U.K.! (Fingers crossed)

It should be in Preparing for Dispatch mode for about a day.

Ups customer service, my delivery date has changed 4 times...was supposed to be today, then it went to tomorrow, then to Friday, then back to today, now there is no estimated delivery date....to quote Phil Schiller "expedited my ass"
 
Heads up, just got off the phone with someone at Apple. UPS got bogged down leaving China and in Alaska. Apple is moving packages in Alaska to FedEx because FedEx is delivering on Dec. 24th.... so hope you package will get moved to FedEx!

I'm too stuck in Alaska. First they said Wednesday then Friday then back to Wednesday before getting delayed. So I don't know what to think.
What bugs me is I ordered 2 of the same speced 15" and both shipped at the same time but each took a different path despite both going to the same location.
Just tell me when it will come to quote the one and only Judge Judy "don't pee on my leg and tell me its raining"
 
13" TB MacBook Pro i7/16GB/512GB

Ordered December 14th, charged on the 16th, shipped on the 21st.

Delivery estimate January 4th :/ Surely it can't take them two weeks to deliver?

Finally left Alaska... Now odds of it coming to NY for tomorrow's delivery?

My laptop is now in Mansfield, OH as UPS is apparently just stopping every 200 km for washroom breaks right now. Absolutely no chance it will make it to Atlantic Canada for delivery by Friday. I don't think I've ever seen UPS's logistics mess up so badly.
 
Hi there from New Zealand (anyone else here from NZ)

Ordered 13 inch with Touch Bar on Tuesday 13th December along with a USB-C Digital AV Multiport adaptor.

Adaptor arrived the next day. MacBook still processing.

Estimated delivery: 28 Dec - 03 Jan.

Ships between 21st - 28th
 
Info for anyone in the Philippines or SE Asia:
Ordered Dec. 2: 15 inch, 2.7ghz, 512GB, 460
PFS: Dec. 18.
Shipped Dec. 19.
As of Dec. 22: stuck in customs. Any place other than the Philippines would have passed customs by now, but this country is a mess.
