2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Ordered 13" w/ touch bar custom config on the 14th of Dec. Just got a shipping notification, no ETA on UPS yet.

EDIT: Gonna be here on the 27th. Gah, the one day I work next week, and it's a 10 hour shift :(

My MBP just arrived in Louisville, KY. How long does it usually take from that point to be delivered?

Leeds, UK. The person working there said she was shocked that the AirPods arrived that morning as she usually told customers that there weren't any. She had to check the stock on the hand held to confirm they had them.
 
Just thought I'd share my waiting experience. Currently writing this on my 13' MBP w/ touch bar.
Ordered - 18th November (Estimated date of delivery - 29th December)
Processing - Don't remember, 20th Nov~? (Estimated time changed to 11th Jan)
P4S - December 13th (Estimated time 11th Jan)
Shipped - December 14th (Estimated time 21st December)
Ready for pickup - 19th December (10 days earlier than original estimate!)

This is my first ever Apple MacOS and I'm loving it so far, though still trying to get used to it as I was only able to pick it up today and I've used Windows my whole life. No scratches and it didn't come updated with 10.12.2. This being my first MacBook, I've noticed that while charging, the surface of the laptop gives off a vibrating/tingling sensation, is this normal?

I've noticed this too on my MacBook Pro Retina 13 (2013) so I guess this just happens every now and then? Either way it did not affect my machine at all :)

Good to hear that it doesn't impact the laptop, I actually didn't notice it at first till someone pointed it out. Looked it up and apparently it had something to do with the grounding of the laptop or the charger.
 
IDK how many might be interested in the following information, but here goes:

15" Macbook Pro
2.7ghz ver. With Radeon Pro 460.

Order date: November 30th
Destination: outskirt city of Seoul, Korea.

The town is called Gwacheon, and is its own administrative region, but it is practically considered part of Seoul.

The unit came out of the factory at china at the 20th local time. It is currently wednesday the 23rd, and it is now being held at a local hub. I believe it should arrive by some time in the morning (probably 9~10am) thursday.

Just to clarify, the new 'pros went on sale in Korea at november 29th, and 15in models only started to pop up in retail locations at around december 17th. All custom built orders ship straight out of the factories in China.
 
Mine is supposed to arrive in Amsterdam. Apple shipped the MBPr on monday and gave me a tracking number showing that DHL is waiting for the Mac in Netherlands. It did not move since then and DHL did not process it.

Anyone in the same boat ?

Yes, same here, DHL keep saying Shipment Information Received since Monday in Eindhoven.
I called them and they say that this is only the info that they will have this delivery, nothing else. Apple basically didn't give them the laptop yet. I don't understand why it's happening. Trying to contact Apple now

Update: After calling Apple they said that my laptop arrived yesterday from China to Amesterdam, likely i would start seeing updates in DHL page today afternoon

15-in MBP Space Gray ordered on 12/6 and shipped on 12/21 via FedEx. I thought I found the correct flight last night on FlightAware but still no movement on the FedEx tracking. Can anyone else help me with this? Tracking.PNG

Sergio, check your Apple order page. Still nothing with DHL, but from Apple, the status has finally changed : the MacBook Pro is being prepared to leave Amsterdam. The DHL page should change very soon.

I don't know how, but my laptop was dropped off at UPS this morning.. maybe UPS is onto something with this logistics thing. (From Alaska to Long Island over night impressive)

edit - i think mine is broken... i can't log onto the wifi in my house :confused:

We are on the same shipment schedule it seems. My 460 is headed to Illinois. What did you order and where is it headed?
