After 5+ months of no baseball, 3 games > 0 games!
Also, baseball really starts tomorrow. At noon (CST). In NY.
With snow on the ground I can take some baseball. I just wish they started everyone off at once. A double opening day ruins the real one on Monday.

What are the chances they don't play tomorrow? I've heard the weather is bad?
I'm kind of bummed they're starting against the Astros. I'll be at work, and the Astros are blacked out on mlb.tv.
And YES is blacked out on Comcast. They are predicting some snow in the morning and cold.
Nothing's wrong with the Angels, necessarily, they just played the Cubs, who are incredible .
Kyle Schwarber may or may not be out for an extended period of time with what could be a knee injury.

also, on a personal note, my son Cameron (18 yrs. old, senior HS) might have torn his ACL playing soccer Tuesday night. MRI in a week, fingers crossed it isn't but looks pretty certain it is.
Best of luck to him. My wife had her ACL reconstructed in college from her Patellar tendon, but the graft tore, so she had it redone with her hamstring.
Some are wondering if this was a premeditated decision before the game to pull him at 100. I hate babying pitchers. Just let them go.
Ouch! Too bad for him, but with Dexter Fowler's re-signing surprise, they have a surplus of starting outfielders. I wonder if he will be able to move back to catching after he recovers. He's not a "glove guy" even at catcher, according to some, but he is a student of the game. Guys need to let the ball drop instead of colliding with each other! A hit, a loss even, isn't as bad as the potential injury.
It was. Plus Stripling had TJ surgery and rarely hit that high of a pitch count, much less at the beginning of the season. Heck, Ross Stripling's dad thanked Dave Roberts for caring about Ross' career instead of one no hitter. Still, it sucks.
