Okay, haven’t tried it yet, cause I won't be getting my new mini until later this year.

But this might help in at least getting the screw out.

There’s a whole Reddit discussion on this topic here.

One of the posters suggested this tool does the job. I plan to have one handy (or the cheaper alternative), unopened, when I get my mini and it's time to install ram, and just return it if not needed.
YMMV

Yes, it's quit difficult to unscrew twos from the motherboard by t10. But after I replaced the memory and put all others back, I cannot screw tightly these two t10 back on motherboard again.

These two t10 are extremely loose, no matter how many times I screwed it....Am I broken that holes....?

Unfortunately it sounds like you may have stripped the threads.

I had a similar problem with my Late 2013 15" MacBook Pro. The swollen battery was exerting quite a bit of pressure on the bottom left (when flipped upside down) attachment, that I managed to strip the screw.

I did manage to get the cover off, by rotating it counterclockwise and that also turned the screw loose. I have a screw missing on the bottom cover, but I have a new battery.

Having the right tools is like half the battle. The other part is to make sure the bit that sits inside the screw is firmly seated before you turn it.
