Not a very exciting HAAS livery there but I realize that's their corporate colours. Sky F1 has a vote open right now on the greatest livery of all time. I won't say how I voted but who I did vote for is the current leader

Anyway, it's time to get excited about F1 again, it's one of the best parts of spring... let's hope for a tight title fight between the old and new guard...

I agree - the old Jordan in green is rather striking. I'm surprised the Benneton was ranked so lowly.

Really odd choices to go into that poll. The Ferrari isn't even the best Ferrari (1995 and earlier is FAR better). The Benetton isn't the best Benetton. The Renault isn't the best Renault.

It looked good, but it felt like a John Player Special Lotus ripoff. Too derivative for my taste.

Yep agree. I’d have included the Buzzin Hornets Jordan as well, and the Damon Hill Rothmans Williams (with Sonic feet!) IMHO was a better looking car than the 1993 Camel Williams.

That poll is clearly made by someone who grew up watching racing in the 2000s, but has seen the JPS Lotus so included that too lol.

Ferraris should be darker red, have black wing endplates and gold rims.

Ha you’re right. I still like that car as well as the Rothmans Williams. Agree the all red Ferrari with black and gold is great - I think I had a model of that when I was younger.

Mercedes reveal new livery for 2020 season – with a hint of red

Have to say this is a downgrade on last years car. The red is a somewhat shameless incorporation of INEOS’s logo [I don’t know why it couldn’t be in black], and I’m also not a big fan of INEOS as a company.

I think that's one of the best looking cars they've made. Is that the new car or just the new livery?

SF1000 looks nice today. Any predictions on which Team receives the first slap from the FIA for using a loophole to their advantage?

I think so. They did it last year as well.

Still too much Marlboro Brandi for my liking, and remains very plain with massive (and not blended) sponsors. We’ll see how it goes in Australia.
