UPS tracking says it was released by customs at 0:48am
Latest tracking shows departure scan from Cologne, Germany at 4:38am

I also received a text saying it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow by the end of the day.

Latest tracking says it is Stanford Le Hope, UK.

I was hoping I got a "due for delivery" update today because I got that text message yesterday saying it would be delivered today. But the UPS tracking page now says scheduled delivery/estimated delivery is Monday 18th?!?! I was really excited to get it today as well😔

Strange development, my card authorisation has dropped off the bank but my order is still Processing at Apple for my i7 10th-gen 32GB 2TB. When I first ordered on 5 May it said delivery was between 14 May to 21 May. Still says arriving 21 May though for a UK-bound shipment.

I don't have a date range like you though, mine is very clear that it's arriving on 21st May according to the Apple website. I was hoping for sooner as seems others are getting them early but doesn't seem all that likely now. As it's a BTO and coming from China I'm expecting it to ship some time this week probably. Not sure exactly how long it takes to get from China to the UK though.

Well, Apple dropped the ball... French high-street shop Fnac has received today a batch of 10th gen i5/16/512 today, with 1-day delivery or in-store pickup, while my order is still processing since the 5th despite CC charged...
Will go in-store tomorrow, and upon collection, cancel my online order...

She's such a beauty. I've had so many 13inch MacBook Pros with the other keyboard and whilst they been great the sticky keys do get annoying. I do prefer the other keyboard if the keys did not get sticky but this keyboard is just as great, if not better. It feels like I can type faster. I've also had the Silver so a nice change!

Moved from Incheon to Anchorage then to Louisville without issue over the past two days. Seems to be stuck there today. Hoping for some movement for a delivery by Thursday.

Anyone else in CAN/US shipping with UPS seeing a delay in Louisville? Mine's been stuck for 32 hrs and my ETA of EOD tomorrow has disappeared. "Scheduled Delivery: Please check back later for scheduled delivery."

The charge is making me have some hope. I've made a few orders over the past few months and a charge was always followed by dispatch ~24 hours later. Obviously not the case this time but seems crazy that they took the full amount 2 weeks + before the due date

My MBP sat in Shanghai for 2 days.
Departed for Incheon, South Korea earlier this evening & arrived a few hours later. Let's see where this heads to next... Anchorage? Directly to Canada?

Funny enough, after posting this morning I got an email update from UPS saying to expect the delivery tomorrow. Kind of surprised by that. I'm fully expecting a delay at this point.

Do Canadian orders clear customs in Louisville or does it make a stop in Canada first? For US shipments, generally once it arrives in Louisville it gets to the final destination within 24 hours, and often the same day.

For everyone in the US with a May 21-29 estimated delivery that hasn't moved...the days now feel like weeks. 😂

If it makes you feel better, if I cancelled my order right now, I'd be quoted a better ship date than my current estimate (May 26 - June 2) 😂

I'm sticking with it in hopes that the orders get processed first in, first out.

I’m not aware of coil whine complaints on the 13” MacBook Pro and haven’t noticed it on my Ice Lake i5 in 6 days of usage.

I haven't tried to pre-sign! Working from home, so I'm just planning on providing what's necessary when it shows up.

Not sure - it's been a while since I've ordered something from the Apple online store (Mid-2009 MacBook Pro) and I forget the path, but I think Hamilton, ON is the final UPS processing point? I don't believe they go straight from Louisville to final destinations.

Opposing statements on DHL's tracking website. It says they have not received the package so far, yet estimated delivery will be today (8 May). Does anybody have some experience with that?

After multiple "empty" updates without even getting hold of the MacBook, DHL delivered today. It all went fairly quick after it arrived in Amsterdam yesterday at 6:30pm. Thanks for waiting together and all the best for you guys!

Same here!! I got a refurb MBP 13 2019 last week, just before the new 2020 were announced. I would really like the 2020 to get here before I have to send back the 2019, so that I am not left without a laptop while waiting for the 2020...

I also have a 2019 13" MBP refurb received last week. I have until the 19th to initiate the return, so that should give me another 14 days before I have to send it back. Hopefully, my order ships and delivers within that window. While I won't be helpless since this is a return to Mac (now that song is in my head), I would rather not go without a MBP even for a day.
