2020 MBP 13" hanging on security settings

I noticed that my 2020 i5 / 16 / 512 MBP hangs when I press the security and privacy option in settings and pressing the lock after that, totaling to about a minute of wait time. Does this have to do with the T2 security chip? FileVault is disabled.

I think that the best way will be to test it out.

1. Do a backup of your system.
2. Do a clean system install under Recovery mode.

If issue will not persist then this is system issue, if yes then something with computer.

After all do a selected system recovery from Backup.
