UPS customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have zero confirmation my change for CC hold has been approved but my card was charged the $5.99. I finally accomplished getting a Congressional act approved and made it to a CSR. He told my he could see my request and it would be held, however, I still have no confirmation email or text. I’m going to go ahead and do the pre sign form just in case.

Yes, it should catch up. I put my request in on Sunday and it still shows "Change Requested" on the app. It should flip to Delivery Exception or Change applied or something like that. Scans should catch up and your request should process but it could take most of the day to show up.

Ok that's a relief. I was looking to see if anyone else requested for a pickup.

I still can’t believe I ordered a 1TB iPhone Pro Max! The more storage the better right?! 😂😂😂

ProRAW is 70-80MB per pop and ProRes hits 1-2GB per minute (or more?), frankly, I'm kinda surprised we didn't see 2TB b/c of this reality and 1TB is, well, pretty low in this reality, especially when you are frequently out of cellular range and keep all your music downloaded, etc.

As expected, and has been the case nearly every year prior, I received my emailed update from Apple this morning at 7:04 am as well as my Trade-in Kit email. Confirming my 9/16 delivery. I had checked about 5:30 this morning and there was no update. My Apple Store info has also moved to Shipped.

For those that have been anxious, breathe easy. All is playing out as expected. Happy Delivery Day Eve!

Yes its hidden but its there. Once you get the destination scan the system will see it will hold it for you. I requested mine too. It wont show but its there. You will see it later once UPS releases the full transcript

If you have been charged for the ups cc request hold consider that as your confirmation. Right now practically most stats are hidden except departure and arrival scans. Once ups release full transcript you will see it then
