I thought the same thing initially, however at the bottom of the email it states
“Your AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage is now active, and your Coverage End Date will automatically adjust to two years from the date you first activate your iPhone.”
Sounds like after we activate the phone it’ll update with a new expiration date !

Oh, and I also received a link to download and print a UPS "leave the delivery at the door, please" form. While I should be here, I'm doing this - just in case.

Last year, I was home on that first Friday delivery day and didn't hear the delivery person - neither did my dog, which its 100% unusual. They left a note saying they would try again - which I want to say was Monday (due to the weekend). Regardless, it was a tad annoying. And yes, the world still spun. I managed to enjoy my 12 Pro a couple of more days. 😜

I had a UPS 9:23 AM Import Scan and just received an email from Apple asking if I want to "Pre-Sign For Delivery". Given your experience I certainly will. (just printed the from at while sent by Apple it is a UPS form)

Yay!! Got the email that my iPhone shipped, Apple Store says it shipped.

Hermes series 8 has shipped and my extra band. The weird thing is my extra band dropped off my orders in the App Store. So I called apple Online and got the tracking info from Their automated system.

Wave 2b shipped!!!

Now just have to find those ups flights to Los Angeles. Welcome to Lala land Barney phone and Apple Watch.

I am in an apartment and haven’t had many UPS packages delivered here before. Usually they leave it at my door but I am thinking to leave a note at the door stating I am home, with my name and tracking number. Sending out positive vibes for everyone getting a delivery tomorrow.

May your UPS driver correctly and timely deliver your package with no failed attempts 🙏🤞🏼

I realize this is an iPhone forum, but y’all are my peeps and I know this question will get answered: My AW Series 8 has shipped and will be here tomorrow. What I find weird is that the charge on my Apple Card disappeared the other day and has not been re-charged. Has anyone else experienced this?

Same. Although I got the email from them itnis on its way. Also ups import scan in ky at 7:57am

it just popped back up in my order list. I'm sure their servers are slammed today with everyone getting their shipped notifications.

hmmm. i can’t find any to maryland ):

I’m also in Maryland. My last scan was in Anchorage, AK at 7:15 ?EDT, I presume, since when I read that it was 5:40am in Anchorage. I am assuming it will go from there to Louisville, then BWI. Based on prior shipments from Apple, here’s my prediction: it will leave on UPS 67 from Anchorage at 9:35am AKDT, arriving in Louisville at 5:30pm. Then it’ll catch a connection to BWI on UPS 1214, which departs at 4am Friday, arriving in Baltimore at 5:30am. My local UPS center is in Laurel. The delivery truck typically arrives between 2:30-3:30 so I’ll be listening closely for that familiar sound around that time.

Update: I checked on UPS MyChoice and I see it had an import scan at 9:45am in Louisville! So ignore my flight suggestions. It’s already that much closer!

Finally got my import scan and email from Apple. However, I have a bit of a dilemma. I live in an apartment complex where all packages from UPS, FEDEX, etc are all delivered to a locked 'package/parcel room'. UPS MyChoice has not indicated to me that my signature is required.....yet I did get the note from apple about pre-signing for my package. I'm not exactly sure what to do since I have not had a delivery of this value to my apartment up until now. Any advice would be most appreciated.

As I knew it would happen, my phone got to KY on Monday and has sat there, is still sitting there as I type this. Got the import scan and I know it will arrive in LA tonight for delivery tomorrow. It's just nerve racking that Apple just lets them sit in KY for 3 days 😀
