Mahomes was having a little temper tantrum because they lost, which reminded me of someone else I can't stand whose initials are TB. I don't know if anyone was hearing the same commentators I was because I was watching on NFL network, but talk about Brady flashbacks...they were so biased, calling Mahomes the best QB IN THE WORLD. I can't stand either of them because they act like they play the damn game by themselves and don't have all the other players that make a TEAM. Yes, KC is a good TEAM and part of that reason is Mahomes, but he doesn't win games all by himself. Arg....sorry, I needed to vent. 🙃

Have to say, I laughed watching Mahomes throw a hissy fit.

This is the first time KC has faced any real adversity under Mahomes (if you call 8-5 "adversity.") And tempers are rising.

It's not a good look. But when you spend so much money on a QB, the rest of the talent will suffer. The Bills are starting to feel that.

I honestly believe the Chiefs fame is causing issues. After Super Bowl wins, they are very public, making commercials, the Taylor Swift thing, living the good life. And I think it's harming the team dynamic. Plus, crappy receivers.

It's almoset like Rocky III. Remember the movie beginning? Rocky getting caught up in all the fame stuff and becoming soft? Then, boom! Clubber Lang. The team's gone Hollywood. I think Andy Reid (and yes, Andy has gotten caught up in it) needs to get the team back to football 24/7. Elliminate all this side garbage.

I think the Chiefs still have something to learn from Tom Brady-era Patriots… I remember those inexorable marches down the field in the fourth quarter to win by a single touchdown. I thought it was amazing that the Chiefs didn’t manage to score at least a field goal with 5 minutes on the clock on the fourth quarter to force overtime.

He went after the ref for a late hit, not because they lost. Last week, there was drama with the refs in their game. They lost because of it. This week, the same things happens. Refs are blind this season, as usual. It's getting worse, year after year. I can understand the frustration. NFL refs are an absolute joke right now, they could dress up a bunch of monkeys and they'd do a similar job. These guys are absolutely incompetent and shouldn't be refs to begin with. What would you do when you're screwed over twice in a row by people who are barely qualified to flip burgers at McD?

And also a ref mess that lost the game for them. Enough is enough at some point I guess. Again, the refs are doing their job where they could be easily replaced by monkeys randomly throwing flags. As I said before, we have technology available that would solve all these issues, but they refuse to make these necessary changes. It's almost like they're proud showing off their incompetence.

If I happen to get pulled over for speeding in the future, I'll have to try to remember to use the Mahomes Defense.

"But officer, you didn't warn me I was breaking the law. I only expected to get a warning because I've exceeded the limit frequently, and haven't been cited in the past."

They're certainly right about "elementary school [stuff]" and it being "…a bit embarrassing in the National Football League for that to take place.''

But not in the sense they're thinking. And how many more plays did they run after that penalty? They were only about 10 yards away from the FG line on that play. The Great Mahomes couldn't get 15 yards in crunch time?

What next? Hater refs are biased against Kelce's girlfriend?

The Nepo-Raiders game triggered this thought -- "Jimmy who?"

It looks like Lawrence might be the only genuine starting QB in the '21 draft class.

Thought the Rams v Ravens game was interesting too… Lamar Jackson is a better passer than I thought, though the Ravens only won it in overtime with a freak punt return touchdown. Now that Cooper Kupp is back the Rams are showing some signs of life!

I wish the Bills had gotten a "warning" for 12 men on the field.

Despite the rivalry, I liked Mahomes, Ithought he was a decent guy. But the whining from him was disappointing. Even when he and Josh met at midfield after the game, instead of saying great game, Mahomes was still whining. Kelce was classy to Josh though.

That was really bad... he then doubled down by going on some weird rant saying that the call ruined Kelce's legacy lol..... I lost a ton of respect for Mahomes after this one I'll be honest.... He sounds like a complete moron basically saying that the refs should not call an obvious penalty because it negates a great play... like wtf are you saying dude? I bet if the shoe was on the other foot and they lost a game because of a non-call he would be irate at the refs. He looked like a complete Jack@$$ and I really hope they get destroyed in the playoffs.
