I saw that the other day. It was weird. Very weird. So happy they can work on new emojis after they singlehandedly solved the gun violence epidemic with the stunning, brave change of a pistol to a water gun. 🔫

If I had emojis to show you, I would. How would they look?
Or alternatively:WOW
Fantastic Great innovation Apple.
How much, $1000?
Great
BIG EYE ROLL HERE ....without emoji. Angry face here, without emoji
Well I guess that kinda works too. There’s already a section for the “recently used” emojis, but pinning the most used ones sounds like a much better idea.
Still, that doesn’t really solve the issue of “too many emojis, most of them are useless”. Like out of all those 1400+ emojis that already exist, how many of them do you actually use every day ?
And let’s say you wanna pin a new emoji, it’ll still be hard to find in the first place, even when you use the search thingy, which doesn’t always give you the right one you’re looking for.
Apple? What do you mean?By the time Apple is finished, there will be an emoji for everything, and we will be back to using hieroglyphics.:

I agree about custom Emojis, but Unicode itself would have to be adapted to it. That isn't something Apple could do on their own.Apple should allow users to create their own emojis with AI.
🍀☘️🍃🍂🍁🥬Until I see a weed leaf emoji, I have zero respect.

Unicode *can't* be adapted to it. It's a system for assigning numerical values to predefined symbols, so people and computers can all use the same number to refer to the same symbol.I agree about custom Emojis, but Unicode itself would have to be adapted to it. We don't need any of them. We could have stopped about 1200 symbols ago. But people keep submitting proposals to the Unicode Consortium.why do we need a broken chain ? or really any of these ?
At my age, my feeling is that as long they don't get in the way of actual text communication then have fun.We don't need any of them. We could have stopped about 1200 symbols ago. But people keep submitting proposals to the Unicode Consortium.
