WOW! Again, I'm not sure how many of you can view this but it's pretty telling...

Max is pretty much ahead of Oscar for the whole lap...
His skinny wing give him a mph boost over all his rivals.
However I’m not sure how his tyres will hold up compared to others. That will be the deciding factor I think.

I don’t believe rain will be a factor. Too warm. We had a few drops this morning (but didn’t even make the car look wet). We won’t get anymore IMO.

The chance of rain is decreasing through the afternoon. There might be a thunderstorm but the most it will probably be is starting with a damp track and drying up quite quickly.

He might be quite hard to overtake with that speed difference, so it might just comedown to the pitstops which make the difference.

One of the most impressive parts of this is how Max makes up the sections where Oscar can be quicker (slower corners.)

The entry speeds from Max and the Low Downforce setting are simply insane. I don’t care what he drives. The car becomes a appendage.

If it stays dry, running so little downforce will probably win him the race, though if the track has been washed green, that could hurt him with traction in those corners.

As the green light for the pit lane opens, it is now raining heavily again, so expect a wet start.

Everyone starting on Inters and will start behind the Safety Car. Cars already in the pit for slicks at the end of the Formation Lap. Russell and Leclerc and Bortoleto and Bearman and Colapinto.

Good result for Lando in the hunt for the drivers WC. Did that influence the stewards decision?
Oscar is mad at the penalty and will feel robbed.
Nico is such an underrated driver. Never had a decent car. So glad he finally gets his podium (even though I’d have liked to see Lewis continue his podium run at home).
Max made the wrong choice with that wing. In a dry race I’m sure he’d have got the win or podium. But with no grip he was struggling all day.

Silverstone delivered as always.

Hulk on the Podium!!!! Holy Cow!!! Get’s my DOD vote. Great drive. Made my day. 👍🏼

Reckless stunt from Oscar. Cost him the race.

Nice recovery from Max to P5 after a rare error on the loud pedal.

On to Belgium.
He drove well for sure. But I don’t bother with the voting. Just another thing F1 doesn’t need in my opinion.

Awesome drive by Lando, clever strategy and executed well. Always awesome to see a Brit on the top step at Silverstone. The GOAT in fourth was brilliant to see too, hopefully keeps his motivation going in what seems to be a very unpredictable car judging by his and Charles results. Sadly they don’t give points for practise sessions lol.

I am chuffed for Nico more than anything to be honest. Must feel amazing to get a podium after so long, brilliant to see and he’s a nice guy, deserves it.

The World Championship is hotting up!!

Jeez, 218kph to 52kph. He got off easy with 2 Penalty Points.
