Does the MagSafe connector from the 27 Cinema Display come with a little piece of plastic to cover/protect the port(at the end of the cable)? The Power Adapters packed in with the macbook, and the ones that are sold separately, do.
Nope

I apologize if this is a totally newbie question, but is there a way to have the ACD on full screen (i.e. watching a movie) while keeping the connected MBP off of full screen for normal operation?
For example, if I try to open a movie in iTunes (window is on the ACD), it goes full screen on the MBP but not the ACD.
Just got my 27" LED Cinema Display! and my eyes just went O.O when I set it up on my desk, def worth upgrading from the dual 24" was getting tired of moving my head side to side. Eventually I'll go back to dual setup and maybe get another 27" in the future if I ever feel a need for more pixel space. But I am absolutely happy with my 27" ACD.
Edit: To anyone else who bought a 27" off the Apple online store, did anyone notice that the box was double sealed? the original seal on the bottom was already slit open and then resealed with another, I did a bit searching around and people say its due to custom inspection which I can understand but was wondering if anyone else encountered this as well.
