27" Delivery time thread.

I got 19min till my Anchorage flight lands in Oakland if the linked flight pages are accurate. I thought more of you guys had earlier arrivals then me any touch down yet?

I live in Woodinville, WA about 10-15 minutes from Redmond. Not sure what the delay was, but it will be here on Monday for sure.

Nice detective work jk, you linked me to the outgoing Anchorage flights and you were spot on with it. It showed 19min or so till my flight lands and sure enough it just touched down here in Oakland. I'm still on schedule for the Monday delivery!!! Woot! :eek::D:);)

Awesome! I'm glad it worked out :D

The flight times and times listed by FedEx for "Departed FedEx location" should be exactly the same on yours... they are for me :)

Got me beat, indeed. I will say though its been kind of fun being overly obsessive tracking these units like a big baby with no patience.:p
 
My iMac just landed in Newark, NJ via FedEx at 2:26am. Why oh why can't they ship on Saturdays? :-/ my MBP has officially kicked the bucket and it'd be nice to get my studio back up and running. Monday it is!

You know, I've been right there with you. I'm a 11/30er who ordered at about 6:45am CST and today wasn't looking good either. But fear not, my friend; hope is at hand! :) Sometime in the past couple of hours my status finally changed to preparing for shipment! I almost dropped a load in my pants. :eek: Woohoo! Looks like I should get this mofo before the end of next week! So, since my status has changed recently I'm really hoping yours will too. Hang in there! I'm trying to make sure the shipment fairy hits you next! ;)

Honestly I think it made this whole thing that much more worthwhile. I haven't pre-ordered stuff in a long time and I forgot what the experience was like. Makes me feel like when I was a kid waiting for Super Nintendo to come out lol... But even then, I don't think I was this obsessed!

Hang in there guys - I think you'll appreciate/enjoy your new machines even more after going through all this bs! :cool: I was one of the first to order, and it felt like the process was taking forever... especially when all these people who ordered hours after me were getting theirs already.

Ditto was saying the same thing in my head grown and all the excitement is even greater :p:apple:
 
Apple probably has specific terms regarding its contract with FedEx... I'm guessing Saturday delivery is not part of the agreement...

And now the wait continues! :(

Yeah I don't expect them to deliver or a Saturday - but the package should move closer. It's sad if it needs to stay in Kazakhstan for 3 days before it moves again or wherever it is.

No that will move just won't get it delivered over the weekend, usually takes 24hours or so
