27" Delivery time thread.

Mine already shipped and I had that date range originally. I also didn't call and complain about it.

mine still processing.. i swear im gonna call and effin complain its just not right for us who ordered the same machine earlier to get them last.

UPS is a horrid company. I've never seen UPS do EARLY. I have seen UPS 'park' a package in their system plenty of times. Early just isn't in the UPS dictionary.

I have to second this. I'd choose any other delivery option over UPS.

Same delivery window. Mine went to Prep for Shipping about 13 hours ago.

Man I hope to get mine a day early also, it shipped from china last night and says its going to be delivered Friday but I'll be out of town from tomorrow night till Sunday. Would be nice to kick off the 26 hour restore before I leave :)

Mine changed to "Preparing" last night at around 11pm, just changed to "Shipped" about an hour ago... so about 13 hours between the two for me.
 
Wow, it's good to see people are getting theirs so early -- seems like Apple beat their estimated delivery window by more than a week.

Sadly, like many others, my order is still sitting on "Processing", despite having ordered soon after midnight on 11/30. The most I've seen is a pending credit card charge since yesterday morning, but nothing else. So while Apple's doing a good job getting these out early, it is still disappointing for those of us who still have to wait. That said, I'm pretty sure I'll still be getting my iMac well ahead of the Dec 20-27 window I currently have quoted. But would've loved to spend some time with it this weekend. Oh well.

I was in that 12/24-12/31 group until I broke yesterday & called to get expedited shipping. Now it's 12/20-12/27. Mine still shows "processing items", though yesterday my credit card listed it as a pending charge around 1pm PST.

I ordered an i7, 680mx, 1tb fusion from California at 7am 11/30 PST. My last name starts with F and my favorite color is green :)

OK, shipped at last. About 12 hours after going to "Preparing"

3.4/8 GB/3 TB Fusion/680MX
Ordered at 2.55 EST on 11/30.

Still with you... My credit card does now read 'pending,' so I hope to have progress by tonight.

Now my concern is the delivery window! Promised my mother I'd bring the kids over Friday to bake Christmas cookies, and Monday they have a doctor's appt at 9:45. I figure at best, no one will be home from 9:30 to 11 (just knowing how speedy the doctor's office is). Right in the typical FedEx window... My luck, it will get stolen before I ever see it.

Yep, but last I heard, Steve was an atheist. Wonder if he's changed his mind now.... ;)

Thank you! I'm in this group. I figured that the plane must have landed in SDF by now but clearly is just sitting around waiting to be processed. I'm hoping that happens for me in time to get onto a plane to PDX tonight!
