mine still says preparing to ship or shipping

I ordered a 27" on Dec 31st. I'm still seeing just "january". When I click on change shipping method it says "preparing to ship or shipping". Not sure if that is true or not.. it's been like that pretty much from the beginning of the order. Anyone have any news on the movement of these things? I'm in Nashville Tennessee.

Well today is the first day outside the window originally offered to me by Apple but manage to get to the bottom of it. My order was in limbo until 14 Dec it would seem, hence why my delivery changed to non-specific January...not expecting delivery until after 21st January...
